I just finished watching it. I don't think I've ever felt such a huge wave of emotions between sadness and hate. And I also wonder how our governments can support the pro Hamas protests. I have no words.
It is horrifying. I really don't know how I would behave in this situation. It is unimaginable. No person deserves to experience this, and die like this. And I don't even think the movie deals with the sexual violence that happened there. This is the most terrifying way to end someone life. An horror movie. No one should experience this horrors. AMAZING FILM that interweaves the body cam footage from the terrorists, the cell phone footage by the young festival-goers, and survivor interviews to tell the story of the obscene and tragic massacres that took place at this rave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the honour of watching the premiere last night in Christchurch. It was done so well. Keeping the focus of the movie narrowed to the events of those few hours from 6:29am on that horrible day, the filmmaker was able to accomplish a narrative beyond dispute. It doesn't have opinions or politics - just a first-hand account of the largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, and one that happened during a "cease-fire". It treats the subjects with dignity and shows only what is necessary to provide an idea of what it would be like to have been there. Since October 9, people have been saying "Oct 7" didn't happen...or that Israel did it to themselves (!?!), but this, with footage from Hamas body cams, shows that to be the cruel blood libel for what it is. I send love and strength to the families of the hostages and those loved ones lost that day and all the days since. As Jews around the world, we know... we will dance again... someday, but today is not that day.
Know that the love from Christians in America is also with you, in our thoughts and prayers daily. We stand with Israel always and for the peace and freedom you deserve. God bless Israel and America. 🙏
