Good video but why would you not simply check how to pronounce the name of the city before going ahead making an entire video about it. Córdoba is not pronounced Cor-doe-bah. It's more like Core-d'ba. Meaning that the first 'o' is annunciated; not the second 'o'. This is made clear in Spanish by which 'o' has the acute accent symbol on it.

I'm glad that I found this video. On Tuesday, I'm heading to Cordoba for the day from Seville, and will definitely check out Bodega Guzman and the place for the tortilla. From my numerous trips to Spain, I've come to love Spanish tortilla, although I've never seen one as thick as that one.
