When Batman permanently locked away Joker in his mind and when he said I need you was the saddest part of the whole game in my opinion. Joker was really afraid of being forgotten by Gotham. While Batman can suppress the thought of Joker, he’ll never truly forget.
7:40 dialogues like this one justifies this efort as the best Hamill performance imo. It's Joker on his finest, not simply a clown, an anarchist, a comedian, etc.. It's the darkness of the character, this is a really evil line. Joker is evil, a devil basically, not someone to be "liked". The anarchist persona of Ledger makes the character more acceptable, the clown of the animated series also makes the character more friendly and etc.. But the real Joker is the one represented in this game. He blows the roof of a kindergarden, he kills people who get involved in his game with Batman, he tortures, he makes experiments, etc.. He is 200% pure evil. Dark humor is just perfect for this character and the voice is the icing on the cake.

Arkhamverse Joker is the definitive Joker in my opinion. Under the colorful appearance and silly humor, lies the horrifying evil and madness that he truly is. In Arkham Knight, esspecially in this very sequence 29:40 - 30:05, he truly sounds like the devil. And Mark's preformance makes it perfect

This was exactly what I wanted from Knight, at least in the way they included Joker. Gotham was really lonely once you locked him up in Bats brain. I was doing the Riddler quest and I kept expecting Joker to pop up and make some smart ass comment but no, Batman had to ruin the fun.

Batman was about two minutes from death in Arkham City by the time they got to the Al Ghul mission. How did Batman's disease get so much worse then Jokers that he almost died first? I was going to yell about how Batman cured himself at the end of AC, but given that two doses were made and Batman only had half of one, it's likely he didn't take enough. How did the four Joker victims, you know, NOT DIE from the dieased blood that killed Joker and almost killed Batman? Could they really not come up with anything for Joker to do without stealing from Shumacher's third batman's script?

Joker was sitting all the time, being as comfy as it gets. 2: Batman cured himself with the sample Freeze synthesized but Joker's blood remained inside him. 3: Joker sent out his blood on every hospital in Gotham, but Robin was able to track it all down and prevent patients from being exposed to it AT ALL. But these 4 were an exception. They exposed to it and so, the transformation began. The only plot hole here is.. why weren't the infected dying? The same way Batman and Joker were?
These were the only patients who actually got the infection. The thing killing them was the Titan mutation, the cure was made by Batman, he could easily make more, they didn’t have a cure for the turning into Joker part though, which is why everyone who got the blood is turning into Joker. Only maybe plothole is how did the people woth the blood transform so much faster than Batman?
