You need to make sure you have Virtualization enabled in your BIOS as well. Just enabling it on the Windows features isn't enough.

Horrible timing for this video considering MS is ending support for WSA in less than a year and Amazon is also pulling the plug.
*edit* this video also assumes everyone has access to Windows Pro, in the usual Home edition there is no group policy editor. Really wish ppl posting vids like this would take that sort of stuff into account instead of blindly reposting content they saw elsewhere without even considering whether the average user has access to certain features at all.
