Hey man, I have a problem, and I can't find any tutorials for it. Every time I try to open cs2, a fatal error pops up saying: FATAL ERROR: Failed to initiatalize Steamworks SDK ConnectToGlobalUsefailed
Can you help me?

It's not for no reason, most likely. The video's higher resolution encodes were probably still encoding when you watched.
@@LunarShift I'd rather wait the extra minute or two to watch the video in a decent resolution then be able to make out that their IS text, and not what the text is ;\
@@LunarShift I don't doubt that there is a reason for it. Maybe others have a different experience than me, but I swear it has only been a major problem within the past few months. I'm sure it is a cost-saving measure, but I think when they implemented the policy they didn't anticipate user experience degrading so noticeably. I hope they find a better balance for this in the near future. I don't need 4K immediately, but in 2024 360p is simply unwatchable, even on phone screens
