The biggest problem I encounter with Android apps in Windows is the lack port support.
Its like Android windows subsystem simply dont have acces to the ports.. USB-C, USB3 on my windows laptop and the Android apps dont see any devices connected on the device.
I dont know if that has changed, as its an older windows subsystem i got in the first days it was possible..is this still an issue?

I have noticed when sideloading certain apps with overlays, said overlays refuse to load even after allowing it when prompted, any idea of a work around or fix to get these overlays working?

Thanks worked perfectly. The only change I saw in the new update was that the IP is now listed under the Developer tab underneath the developer mode setting. You will have to put the full IP and port that it shows.

try reinstalling the app or try doing all the settings and if that didnt work then you have to fix windows using a USB stick
