i dont know if i get you, but if you want to get a file(s) from windows to android/android to windows what i had done is install lets say es file explorer that app allows me to browse "android storage" also that all have a feature for network so i have a shared folder on windows that app can see it so you can read write stuff from it.

Start windows Subsystem for Android was probably off while you tried to give a command through your command prompt(with admin rights). Kernel is the problem here.
Replace with original kernel and it works with play store "without root".
The "WsaPackage_2302.40000.9.0_x64_Release-Nightly.msix" file has .vhdx files not .img files, so the scripts don't work. How to fix?

You don't even need to install unix. Just Gapps and a modified WSA, with a rooted version of ABD.
