I have an issue of completed successfully.

Turned out you need to have Hyper-V is installed (also Virtual Machine Platform) via optional Windows features tool to make it work. After making change and reboot, I run -ehm- run.bat again and it's completed installation.

Check from Widows Control Panel if Virtual Machine Platform is enabled or not. If not enable it. This will sort your issue.
