Whether it's in the short term or longer, small changes in your approach before hitting "publish" on that video or blog post could make a big difference. This was my first time on your channel and I had no idea who either of you is. The only reason I kept watching to the end is because the information you were sharing made sense to me. I'm not a big fan of the casual, goofing around, unrelated side stories, and rambling on to take longer sharing that information. First of all, I am your huuuge fan. I have been binge-watching your videos since I got to know about this channel. I seriously fell in love with your videos. I got inspiration and started my own micro-niche site. too. I followed your advise and wrote a response post and then a staple post. And, you were correct, the response post is amazing. It took a lot less time and brought in tons of traffic. When I first published it on my website, Google instantly ranked in #14. I have only 2 posts till now and I am writing the third one.
My website is just 10 days old and I am getting benefit from your advice. I am a school-going student from India (14 yr old). I am blogging in tech niche but still seeing the results. When I start earning from my blog, I will surely purchase your project 24 course.

Thanks guys. This was really needed now. I am totally new and still learning the ins and outs of WP as I start to post content. But to make it worse, my niche...I don't think is a niche. I can't find any search terms on what I'm feeling the need to make available. Or they come up as 0 - 100 searches. I may be creating a new niche. It's not primarily to be an income machine but I do hope to have an income source from it as a secondary goal...just not at the expense of the information integrity.

Please add closed captions to your videos guys. I really enjoy them but it makes it easier for me with captions as I'm half deaf, as are many people, some completely deaf, they are unable to gain any value from your videos.
So after watching a lot of your videos, I made a new site 2 months ago. I am a bit fickle so I only wrote 7 articles on it then lost interest and started another site. I have written 24 articles for the new site so far. But yesterday I saw someone on the first site so I looked at the analytics and omg. If I google the title of one of my posts it is on the very first page! Crazy. That post is less than 2 months old. However, I did buy the domain on Godaddy auctions so it is an older domain.
I am learning a lot from your guy's videos. I wish I had seen you four years ago when I gave up on a site that could have made a lot of money. I sold that site for next to nothing and now the guy who bought it makes a lot of money from it. Oh well, live and learn. Thanks for all the great Free information guys!

Very helpful video. The only thing I didn't understand is how to create a helpful connection to an article that might bring in 100K page views before hitting the publish button? I say this because if you're a newbie you may not have anything else to share with readers. You may just have 4 or 5 articles.
Just use Wordmetrics for relevance. And for snippets make sure you ask and answer questions. Answer a couple questions in every article.
When I started my channel in august, I watched many videos about how to start and I remember watching your video and you were saying different things than other channels and I felt like-this is good, I am getting different prospectives on things..however one thing is to comprehend it and really another thing is to implement it successfully :-D Anyway, great video, thanks! :-)

I thought we have to be exact with our answers in our article in regard to what a user is searching for in google. Why do we have to put the table when the user is specifically asking for a certain model only? The extra info will not be counted as content right? Why don't we consult the table and pick the model and write the article about it. Am I getting it right?
Basically: Swallow the Encyclopedia Britannica, create expert podcasts on each iota of information and serve it back up to google as if it was new. Right?

Your 'Smoker' example proved itself.
I had no idea it meant anything other than someone who smokes (usually) tobacco .
Now I know there a whole new world out there with pellet grills. That might even be a good niche!
As for foot pounds... I had heard of those but didn't realise anyone actually used them. A lot of people would have no idea.
So, there may also be a question here about how widely your language is understood for cultural differences as well

The way that you guys make it sound in this video, it's like there is no option to edit a post once it goes live. Do you guys advocate for not touching a post once it goes live or what?
It’s better to publish the post in a finished state. Google will index what they see. You’re most likely to gain a strong initial ranking for a post if google first sees it as a finished post.
We also mentioned that this applies to video which is much harder to update after it is published.

I have been watching your videos and I do find them very informative. As I understand you do also offer a course. Is this course for beginners or would it also be suitable for someone who already has a website/blog? I do already have a blog and I am a bit stuck with it, so would the course be helpful for me to get me unstuck and back on the right track and help me make improvements and some adjustments, or is it purely for beginners?
It for a complete beginner. You learn how to set up a site from scratch. If you want more advanced stuff I think the best course is Authority Hacker Pro.

I am a year late to this video but I had a question. I've recently had 3rd party's reach out to me and say they want to pay me to use my website for backlinks to whatever client their supporting. Is this a deal I should take or is this going to lead me to trouble where my website becomes an ad infestation?
I definitely wouldn’t. Those links could end up harming your SEO if they’re not to high quality and relevant sites. And high quality sites don’t need to buy links.

Question for the community. I look up my site on some seo analyzers and it says my seo needs help because my articles aren't long enough. One site said my articles averaged 2 words per article and another said around 400 words per article. My average article length is well above 1,000 words per article and I am worried this is affecting the progress of my site. Any help?

I understand your fear. Well, I am a content writer. I wanna reveal the reality to you...See the thing is not about words, instead it is all about intent, satisfaction and how in-depth your article is. When I am writing for my clients first I analyze Google itself and then try to understand what things should I add that not only solves the people query but also satisfy them fully so they don't need to go back to the SERP for that query ever again.
1st one i saw was ab kwds. bein experiencd, i recog'd th worth straightway. knew that yr ways r the efficient ways.
