I stand corrected. The X Carry Pro is sold only to LE and FRs. I bought mine on GunBroker where a prominent gun broker was selling LE/FR overage to the general public. The trigger of the X Carry Pro compared to the P320 AXG Scorpion is superior. The balance is superior to the AXG. Just a great gun! Lucky to get it!
I'm a new owner of the p320xf w/x-ray 3 night sights, I haven't even shot it yet, I'll be going to a indoor range very soon, unless I can find a public outdoor near me today, it's almost 45° here in Michigan, I can't wait to shoot it. I am looking forward to your follow up video! Thanks! PS. This is my first gun btw... 😉
...lol... At least you started with a good one for your first one. Try the Glock 43X as well. It's only a single stack but it feels just as comfortable as this Sig. The M&P Shield is also a damn good weapon.
These are available to honorably discharged vets and active duty military also. Another difference with the optic plate is this optic plate can be removed without taking the slide off from the top and the other model has to be removed from the inside.
Thanks for the video. I like my p320 xcompact very well. I'm not sold on optics on a concealed carry guns yet. The RMR does not seem to make me any faster, or more accurate out to 15 yards.

Man. That is cool. First one I've seen with the ability to keep ur rear sight. I've upgraded to sigs completly. Got rid of my g19, g17, m&p 2.0c m&p 2.0. Ow have a p320 x five legion. P229 legion. P320, and p320 x carry. Man these are excellent shooting pistols. I wish they made all they're cut sigs like this tho
I tried beating the beavertail on the bench with just a primer loaded case and I saw no marks on the primer. Mine is a police trade in model so not sure if that makes any difference.
Great Video. I have had the original p320 X Carry and I love it. I have had it for a while and out to the box, its a flat accurate shooter like a gucci G19 but have features like the 19x. I have been pondering for months on potential upgrades and have ran into bumps because this is a X-series. The Romeo 1, 1 Pro, 1T (old model), and DPP can be mounted with no plate. I have a M17 and a Romeo 1 mounts and perfectly co-witness the front sight. The Romeo also has a notch in the back of the RMR that aligns that co-witness. As a con, I am not confident about that "bump" back in battery feature. That is new for me. I carry this daily between my collection of glocks often. It's the only Sig I carry for CC.
Co witness isn’t necessary, I use my night sights as a bedside reference for indexing my grip. I’d have to say the trigger being “reset” while bumping on the rear of the slide is throwing the striker into the second “drop safe” ledge. Inertia overcomes the beginning of the striker spring and it catches that ledge. Lemme know what you think. Great video btw
I just picked up a police trade in of this. Insane kydex creations IWB holster, talon grip pro’s, got it from aim surplus. Also got some used police trade-in mags for half the price of regular mags. Still good retention. Thanks for the video, what’s the update??? ❤

@@1776orbust Just bought mine yesterday, and there was no LEO/FR restriction. On another note, Sig is discontinuing the X Carry and the RXP Carry (or Pro as you call it). That made me wanna jump on the one I got before they were all sold out! M.W. said they got 12 from Sig, and they were already down to 6.
I wondered why they made the rear sight and the plate a unitized component. That design meant you could not adjust the rear sight for windage to tune the pistol to the shooter. I found out that instead you drift the front sight to adjust for windage. And you don’t have to move it as much as you would a rear sight to center your groups. Then I found out that the Army intended to buy the Sig, and eventually adopt the Leupold Delta Point Pro......which has a dovetail on it to accept an adjustable rear sight! So that explained why the M17, and M18 have that odd RMR plate, with attached rear sight! They knew what we were never told. Fast forward to the XCarry Pro which I’m sure is targeting the civilian and LE market. You can drift the rear sight for windage, and you can take the plate off from the top. And still have your rear sight co-witness if you throw on suppressor height sights.
Good review. Again why didn’t they put suppression height sights. If you add the Romeo 1 pro you will need them. At least the rear sight is still there!
