When people drop the word "hardcore" they aren't even specifically referring to the music as much as they are the lyrics. Supposedly the lyrics are supposed to be positive.
That happens to be bands like Liferuiner, Counterparts, ect. Do they sound like the same vein of actual hardcore like Minor Threat, Rotting out, weekend nachos, even Terror? No, but thats because hardcore is changing. The new wave of it is here.

these guys are amazng, so funny and down to earth, and there music isn't full of it's self
After all of the years of hearing about these guys and The Chariot, why haven't i looked them up until now? I feel like a father who has just met his kid that he's had for twenty years and is trying to make up for all of the lost time.

Okay Professor... just hear me out, most people who say they listen to hardcore would generally point you in the direction of rise record bands because within the broad showcase of hardcore bands those bands are the ones with the largest crowds/followings.
The ride cymbals thrown into the crowd at the end was a good way to start a fight.. lol

@Brian Przybyszewski ehhh.... I love Josh Scogin, but as far as live vocals and stage presence goes, Cory has him on that.
@@dgates6165 i think both are phenomenal, but Cory has really monstrous range of his voice and lot better and more diverse cleans. He can do low tones, high pitched screams, heavy growls, everything i can think of.

hitthegoat is right, the hardcore scene in the US right now is all about open chugging and auto tune, its like hardcore got drunk and accidentally slept with pop music resulting in a 75 percent pop 25 percent hardcore/mangled monster named "post-hardcore".
It'd be way more helpful to see a damn track list on such a large set jesus
