I need prayers. My son told me something last night that I had no idea of. So much has happened in the past 2 years including his dad leaving us for a “ new life”. Just as I’m healing from heartbreak, my son tells me things he’s been feeling. Lord help us. I feel so defeated but I will not stop letting go of GOD. I need Him more than ever
You are stronger than you think! Don’t let the lies of the enemy stop you from believing in God’s promises. Your son is healed in the name of Jesus! I speak peace, strength, and life over the both of you. You will get your joy back! Declare It! Ask God to reveal his presence throughout your day. Please hang in there. Hey, I want to remind you that God loves us. His miracles are real. Just trust Him and always pray. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, lack of finances, or anything that makes you doubt yourself, just remember that we have God and he will provide for our needs. Nothing is impossible for God; just keep your faith in Him and don't stop praying :)
The scripture says, “God is not a man that He should lie. Has He ever spoken and failed to act? Has He ever promised and not carried it through?” God has never failed in the past, and He’s not going to start with you. Stay in faith and stay open. It may not happen your way or on your timetable, but God is true to His word. When you’re constantly saying, “God, You promised,” that’s what allows Him to bring promises to pass.

I’m about to be 29 and your comment made me realize that there are so many women just like me trying to heal from their past traumas and abuse all alone. I feel the same way and I'm 51 but every time I focus on God and pray to him he comes through for me so I suggest you focus on him instead of the problem he won't let you down he may not do it the way you want him to but remember he knows best so let's trust him. 🙂

I asked about baptism because Jesus wants everyone to be born again of water AND spirit- John 3:3-7
I asked about HOW you were baptized because Jesus requires it to be in His name - Luke 24:47 Peter preached it- Acts 2: 38-41, and the apostles only baptized in Jesus name, where the Bible records the method. Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, Acts 19.
Ivy, there IS NO OTHER Jesus! There is only the word of God made flesh, the only begotten of the Father, who came unto His own, but they received Him not. Now, there ARE false Christs, which we are warned about.
Tongues are an unknown language that people speak BY THE SPIRIT of God, when they are baptized by the Holy Ghost.- Acts 2:4, Acts 2:1-6, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 11:1-18, Acts 19:1-6. 1 Corinthians
They are unknown to the one speaking- 1 Corinthians 14:2, 4, 6, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18-19, 21-22, 27. Paul also call them tongues of men and of angels.
Jews/Gentiles Scripture is very clear here, Ivy:

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

I'm right in the thick of this. What I have learned over the years is to starve my fears and feed my faith. I call those things that are not as though they were. I am also in the WORD daily. Prayer is asking God the question; meditation is waiting for the answer, amen!

I was on RUclips looking for a movie to watch and this popped up. It was only 11 mins so I said let me watch it and I’m so glad I did. It’s a great reminder for me to BELIEVE. This is a woman of God full of the Spirit and wisdom…negative comments that people have made over the years cannot dissuade me… it is the enemy that causes reputations to be tainted in order to prevent people from hearing powerful messages such as this one!
As a child of God, remember that He says, he is in control. The Devil causes us to suffer pain, distract us from trust in God.
God said cast all your cares upon Him, He cares for us.
He knows your name, he knows your every thoughts, he sees each tear that falls and answers when we call.
Gods timing is perfect, never late, never early, always on time.
He says focus on me, not your problem. I am bigger than your problems.
It's good that your son spoke to you so take all the things which hurt,
confuses you to God in prayer, anytime, anywhere, he is listening for your call.
He loves you and cares about you and your family.
He said I will never leave you or forsake you. Ask God for the sweet sleep he promises, thank Jim for that just before you go to sleep, it works.
I prayed for you, God said we should pray one for another and he hears from Heaven and answered, just trust and walk by faith, and ask for strength, wisdom and help to say and do the right thing always.

I do know how to meditate...worry and uncertainty of the future. It's tiring, and it makes my brain hurt.

this woman is amazing. so obedient, so faithful, so courageous....and free. she gives freely.. other Christian counselors repackage her sermons and sell it for big money on their private fb groups.

I think God from him putting Joyce Meyers in the position and in Ministry she is such a inspiration it's so many especially to me if I had not started listening to her I don't know where I will be at today they say when God want you to listen he will send his child to give you and the continue giving you confirmation and that's what she has been doing for me I really appreciate you and I thank you very much from the bottom of my heart from you just being an advocate for what a lot of us need especially me continue to be blessed in your ministry and so much more thank you and love you sincerely Arlene

And if you choose to follow Christ with your whole heart, then you are going to have a hard time, cause for his name will you be mocked and for his name will you be persecuted, but if you hold onto his hand until the very end which is dying for his name alone, then you will be rewarded by the Father which is in heaven.
Prosperity is not what we need, for God will provide it for us if we believe in him and work for him.
I was going through confusing situation in my life until I’ve just listened to this message today; God wants me to just trust him even I don’t understand anything on the way I am going now. God is the only one who knows what to do. Faith is the keyword in my journey with Jesus-Christ. Jesus tellsJairus to keep faith. Jesus does not talk to the crowd; he just talks to Jairus. Another point is that the way Jesus sees Jairus’s daughter is different from what the people gathered in Jairus house do. For Jesus, Jairus’s daughter is sleeping, but for others she is dead. That’s how we loose faith because of what we see and hear instead of trusting what God says to us. This message came to me at the right time. When I think of how many years now ,that I could have prayed to God about my troubles and situations n left them in God's hands n let him work them out, instead of trying to run my own life all of the time .I could have avoided so much sickness, and stress in my body n my life . Also, praing 4 my adult children to return to serving God...reconciliation...and I have many nephews and neices battling addictions...pray for our family...Ramonas Legacy that we call upon God to break generational curses and that they can see that God loves them...and they may have a personal encounter w the mighty one, God and see his promises are true!

I put my health in Gods hands in 2008, I stopped going to any kind of Dr. It is now 2022. As we all know God has the power to do anything Amen! I also feel that what is going to happen is Gods will and it is very comforting knowing that. We will never go through or experience the pain and suffering that Jesus went through for us. I love God so much, he has given me so much and has helped me in so many ways, I would not want to be here if I knew God didn't have my back, . In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, Amen!

I'm believing in god everyday!!
And I'm telling myself that one day I'll be fine but it's easy to say that let it go or ignore ur prblms nd what if prblms affecting u everyday i don't feel like doing anything I forcefully do things. It's easy to let go for those who suffered a lot!
