Yup, it's very slim and responsive. I can type the fastest on this keyboard. Other keyboards I recommend for lots of typing: Logitech Illuminated keyboard, Logitech Mk520, and the Microsoft 400 or 600 wired keyboard.

I'm not sure if the elite is still on sale but its size is comfortable for home and office. The link seems a bit smaller and more compact - if that suits your needs.
