Sadhguru thank you for explaining what helps one to be supported spiritually. I am happy with myself and the growth I have experienced in the past 5 years with not a person around me looking for spiritual life. Priud that I have not nor will give up my daily sadhana - at 68 yrs. Old this for me is possible. I only have Sadhguru and RUclips for support and this is enough, younger people definitely need support. I am happy, joyful and blissful all by myself. Thank you Sadhguru for all that you have given me. Hoping 1 day to meet you 8n person.❤❤❤ From Canada!!!!😊😊😊
Namaskaram Sister and creator of The guru's grace! This video as always is spot on for what I am doing. The subtle art of not doing... the Buddhist philosopher Lao Tzu coined the term "Wu-Wei" meaning effortless doing or the art of not doing. When we become adept at something we are able to just do. we notice we no longer need to force life, we no longer need to throw our weight into the arena. We start to look super human, and focused or aloof.. I admit, what is really going on is we are learning. Here's a meditation for you the 5th element could be called the void if i am not mistaken (Buddhist's call the akasha the void) the space or the void or akasha hold us together so the shapeless gives us shape and the rest in music gives us its tones. The space in a room appears to give us freedom for lack of objects, when its the space that gives it value. the Dual rising.
Jai Shambho... ❤ 🙇♂️ 🙏
