    Last week was a pretty rough week for me pain-wise. I started doing this at the beginning of the week and I’m already noticing an improvement! Thank you doc!!
    I use it throughout the day not just the morning.
    Tip: if you’re using a pepper grinder, put it on the smallest granule setting. Otherwise you will be tasting pepper for a while afterwards! 😂

    Bring focus into those areas of pain. Remember you are particle and wave. Grow the wave. Bring in the light there. It will trigger an emotional pride but don’t quit

    Pain is my biggest problem as well . . . Caused by the government . . .They are a pain in the ass...🤣🤣🤣
