Not possible, we want more autonomy for states. My proposal, center should only manage defense and abolish Central GST and collect only defense tax and let each state manage everything by themselves. Like United State of India.

Do you think that north india has clean politics. Comparing with south india, north indian politics is even more worse. North indian politicians doesnt want their people to be educated. They just create disputes among the religions. In south india everyone lives happily irrespective of their religion. But in north it's not like that their politicians creates disputes between religions. In north there were lot of disputes between hindus, muslims, Christians. Those north indian politicians doesn't want their people to be educated they divert their public and youth from focussing on career into involving in unnecessary religious disputes. North india plays a dominant role in national politics comparing to south india. They don't want south indians to rule national politics. Because south indians are broad minded. South has good visionary people like ex pm of india
PV NARASHIMHA RAO who bought LPG into india which changed the economic growth of india. Great scientist abdul kalam, Good RBI Governors from TAMIL NADU amd KERALA. But in national politics these north indian politicians play a cheap politics by showing partiality between south and north. They plunder wealth from south and try to develop north. When citizens shows dissatisfaction on the central government then those politicians divert the citizens by rising religious issues. North indians just waste their time by focussing on religious disputes and other controversies. They waste time waiting for GOVT jobs. Whereas south indians knows the value of time, money and family and career. South indians are broad minded. They prove their calibre under any sector. They create jobs. You said about corporate slavery but don't forget that our india is feeded by corporates only not Govt employees. Without collecting money from corporates the central Govt can't even pay salaries for GOVT employees too. Private sectors are working better than Govt sectors. That's why now even the central govt is trying to convert its public sector units like nationalised banks, industries and even railways into private.
The reason to choose military and paramilitary jobs is only one reason that metric is basic qualification for those who want to join in that jobs. Another is getting all India service post their Hindi language is main reason as their preferred language to write exams

I too stay in Delhi NCR. Yes there is lot of difference between South and North indians. The main reason for this is people's attitude and living culture. Less literacy rate is also a major factor
North Indians after moving to Bangalore also they will show same attitude. In apartments they talk so loudly after 11 pm also as if only they are living and least bothered about others.

Let me begin by saying that per capita income of Bihar and Tamil Nadu was same in 1947. How did Bihar fall back? I am enumerating a few reasons. First, post independence government has a "freight equilization policy" which provided coal and minerals to all parts of India at same rate. As a result, the advantage that Bihar has, of owning coal and iron, was lost. While the coal and iron was produced in Bihar, factories were set up at far off places in south and transportation charges were borne by Government of India which means people of India. Secondly, no Public Sector Undertaking manufacturing plant was set up in northern states. Third, the decline of Kolkata also led to economic loss to entire region. Fourth, Government invested lot in Green Revolution which happened in Punjab and Haryana, the regions which have comparitively less water resources than eastern India. The same could have been achieved in East India with much less resources. These areas, which led the national movement, couldn't have turned illitrate overnight. Britishers won India on the strength of Bihari soldiers but kicked them out once they revolted in 1857. In those days, army and farming were only two gainful employment. Having totally lost one major source of employment, the economic decline set in. There has been long process of under investment , denial of economic opportunities and faulty policies that led to decline of these states.
