Many ways to up scale this. This is still well done. I drew this also about 7 years ago to be built and here someone else completes task. I did have a 4th slide off top for chairs in shade outside !

Wow this is really really cool. I am more on the old fashioned side but I am pleased with the sheer compact ability and portability. I like the Red doors and the counter to covers for the sink and stove. Bravo to the designers. I'd like mine some where in between New & innovative and older . Thanks for the video.

its like a swiss knife when folded or puzzle block.. love the concept...the good thing about it is that it just stand on single wheel base trailer.. Cool!! and with the help of the manual jack it will help to level in uneven area... I love how compact it is.

Jay Zenitram exactly. The measuring and angles for it to all compact perfectly. The perfect alighnment of the bathroom doors to function is great.
GothicDrakanas - I agree, but travel trailers take considerable abuse from being towed, esp long distances or off road. I hope the outside and frame (including the section alignment) are as well engineered and purpose built as the inside.

This is technically a Scotty. Teardrop campers have a specific narrowing at one end. Don't get me wrong, this thing rocold. The bathrooms awesome.

Great Concept! I really like this one. 😁 Even though its big sister 3x plus model offers more spaces and comfort, but this one is more easier to tow.
However, I would prefer ---
1st. Munual Operation capabilities for extension, in case of its malfunctions.
2nd. Capable of been towed when fully extended, due to the same reason above. 😀
3rd. Two queen size beds, or one queen, plus two singles, or 4 singles.
4nd. Bigger bathroom with Shower. 😀
To keep its smaller size, and at the meantime to meet above requirements, perhaps we can use external slide-out ccoking facilities, with a retractable awning? Or external shower ?
For me, a bathroom is far more important than an indoor kitchenette. 😀

It was like a magic show on wheels the hydraulics or screw drive seem to work fine, just wondered why you did not enclose the overlapping with a typy of cover system for travel to keep that area free of dust and water, great idea and workmanship inside and out, bet it surprises other campers when you open it up, they more and likely come running to look it over...

Did you notice the slatted floor of the hallway (tub floor for hallway & bathroom) , Close bedroom door, open bathroom door so it closes off the hallway , entire bathroom & hallway become the shower . - Very similar to my 1948 Flamingo where the entire bathroom is the shower .

I really enjoy seeing such novel concepts in design become reality. From my perspective, so many of the closeup shots didn't help me understand the layout and articulation of the moving components, as much as I would have liked. Perhaps some added videos could reveal more technical, layout information.

That was pretty awesome, but missing a table/counter. Usually if stuck inside camping you'd play boardgames or cards.... Some sort of table to eat on as well (simple addition I imagine, just didn't see any)
Yes, and for hobbies and crafts, you do need a table to lay things out. Besides, you can never have enough counter space 😊 I'm sure that a table would be a good option.
I dont think the mech had space, I cant see how this thing folds up but the way the couch went up I think everything in here is so so ya know?

KETA RITA. Hi Keta- I'm relatively new to youtube. I spent years thinking it was for teens! Anyway, since I've found it interesting, informative, sometimes funny & sometimes sad. Nice design, though I'd make sure to use a hand crank as often as possible. It sounds like it would be quite a drain on a battery. As long as it is usable in the narrow mode, good. Some rest areas and trailer RV campground limit width of parked trailers.
I hope this trailer will be available in North America.
It doesn't look usable at all undeployed. The couch folds over the stove/sink, and the bedroom/bathroom slide fills the rest of the space - not to mention the bedroom slide covers the entry door. Not sure there is a crank, either - it would take an awful lot of force to work all those actuators; not just the slides but the folding bed and couch as well. If there is one, it would be geared so that you spend an hour expanding it... Still, it's a very clever piece of engineering, and I'd consider buying it.

It doesn't have to be usable in it's compact mode. You can't ride around in a trailer while it's being towed anyway. Once you get to the camp ground, you expand it then use it.
There was mention of solar power too so maybe that powers the expansion of the unit?

And to the ones that slam these, they're not generally intended to be cold season trailers. That being said, they are insulated. And the amount of heat that it takes to warm one of things up is amazingly minimal. Too much and you'll be running outside from heat exhaustion.
My parents bought an ECO trailer, exactly like a Scamper that we had for over 20 years. EXTREMELY nice, compact, and efficient. This is similar except it extends out. NICE

It doesn't take that long to open up. it takes less time than setting up a good sized tent.
