Training week 25, 23 days to go until the shoot.
Smooth training session. Took the arms from session E consciously along because it fits differently into this week's schedule, so had to make some choices. Tomorrow, will add abs with legs, and then we can wrap up this training week.
Feeling like quite a zombie the past few days, but hey, that's part of the process. Today, felt more motivated to train than yesterday, and the pump was quite good too. With just over 3 weeks to go, it's almost time. Time to rock 'n roll.
Today's session:
1a) Incline Chest Press Machine, 2 sets 10-20, 30x15,12
1b) Lat Pulldown, 3 sets 8-12, 91.25x10,8,6
2) DB Bench Press, 2 sec pause at the bottom, 1 set with 44x7 and a back-off with 36x7, should have been two back-offs, but the tank was empty
3) Seated Cable Row, 1 sec hold, 2 sets 8-12, 67.5x10,6, should have been 3 sets here too, but stopped at two
4) Behind-the-back Cuffed Lateral Raises, Lengthened, 3 sets 8-12, 20x13,10,7
5) Lying Incline Cuffed Lateral Raises, 3 sets 10-15, 23x16,12,9
6a) Cable Crossover Tricep Extensions, 3 sets 8-12, 22.5x14,10,8
6b) Standing Incline Cable Curls, 3 sets 8-12, 25.5x14,9,8
7a) Machine Tricep Extensions, 3 sets 8-12, 22.5x13,10,8
7b) Machine High Curls, 3 sets 8-12, 22.5x14,10,9
