The recirc valves are louder than I expected. Not too loud. Turbos spooling and valve recirculating…just the noise alone will be a blast. Bummer about the ETA being pushed out to September.
FWIW - My yacht has a prototype air box - the production kits will have a better-sealing box with a lid, which will help keep the noise (and inlet temps) down a bit more.
I had a 2004 MSM with the FM goodies10 years ago. What a beast! Other than the ridiculously low gearing (how fast can you shift?) it was amazing. Built by the "big guys" at FM too.
Awesome video. As an owner of a white NC PRHT Club, I feel like this is a sign for me 😂. Also, small world. I saw a Cybertruck pull up to a Toyota meet I was at last weekend, and this same dude hopped out of it. I guess it's the same truck lol
Definitely excited to get this, September gives me enough time to save up for this and then some lol, looking at suspension rn so hopefully that's done before the turbo kit comes out
We (FM) have high confidence that this will work just fine with autos, too. We haven't installed a setup on a car with an auto, but everything we know about the auto cars points towards this kit being a success for either transmission option. I'd love to try out a boosted NC auto and experience no-lift shifts at full boost!
Assuming your NC1 engine is healthy, we (FM) are expecting this kit to work just fine at these boost levels. Most of the magic is in the tuning, which we're very confident will be the most dialed-in for any NC setup on the market.
Really bummed that it's pushed back, but I guess that just means I've got more time to save cash, though I was planning on around 7 grand, which I would have easily made by July, so maybe I'll be snagging some coilovers first... Hrm, maybe I can grab those at summer camp... I wonder if they would install them for me, lol. Also, this was a great example since mine is a white '15 club, so this felt like being in my own car.
You need this in your life, i got an nc3.75 25th ae, BBR turbo kit, 321bhp. Had it 3 years now, best fun ever!!!!!!
321bhp on a miata, holy F :D
Stock internals.?
whats the fuel consumption like ?
So pumped for this, but preparing to wince at the price
I haven’t seen you this excited in a video I love it!!! 🎉🎉

The video we all needed and wanted. THANKS Jordan
Okay, I am super jealous now. I'll probably be right behind you installing this on my NC.

Damn...I finally got a new soft top installed (after years of pondering)...and this is not what I needed to see this morning LOL
This turbo kit looks like a great way to transform the power of a NC Miata.
Do you guys know much about the 2008 special edition? Is it a worth NC?
you understand how fast im hitting that *add to cart * button when this comes out

Jordan, you've got to turbo the NC. **Inserts Ben Stiller do it meme
Lovin the turbo NC! EV pulling EV….. go 40 miles an charge again 😂😂
I can’t find turbo kits for the nc online
Any chance This being a option for the auto trans cars.

LETS GOOO
Is this too torquey for the stock NC1 internals?
Nope, because the forged parts in the nc2 engine were not the weakest link in the nc1 engine in the first place

TURBO NOISES!!!!
OMG!
Damn, $5,... Almost what I spent on the car.
Though, mine has almost 200k miles. Maybe it's be cooler to find a v6 to swap instead.
sadly, I'll be stuffing nearly 3 NC turbo kits into an HVAC upgrade/replacement.
stupid house.
Late to the party… Fab9 has two turbo kits available for the NC.

I enjoyed the Miata turbo video, but the electric part was boring
Cyber truck is so laughably ugly
Need someone here to talk me out of making my NC DCT please help
Is it manual? If so, don't mess with it
@@dielaughing73 unfortunately it’s not still thinking about 6MT swap or doing something to that auto that I have currently
@@damien6654 hmm.. a DCT would be pretty cool. Sounds like a lot of work though
