    Thank you! I love how inclusive you made this by acknowledging that not everyone can sit cross legged and not everyone can breathe well through their nose.

    Hi Saira. I've just completed this meditation and can honestly say I really felt more focussed by counting. My mind still wandered but it was easier to bring it back. I've only been practising meditation more seriously since lockdown but felt today like I made some real progress. The poem was lovely at the end too. Thank you so much, Debbie Leafe X
