YES,, Huntsville Alabama is the best for me so far,,, I have lived here for 15 years and have lived in 16 other different cities throughout the US. The only downside is: they did not plan for the growth of this city when they put roads is...Traffic is getting better tho, they are working all year round to rectify the congestive traffic.
Anywhere in the city at large.. Huntsville is chock full of really really smart people, and when you're really really smart, you don't tend to be a narrow-minded bigot.
