I PUT EGGLANTS IN A BAG OUR FAVORITE OF EGGLANTS delicious appetizer recipe

An original, simple, tasty and quick, as I love, eggplant recipe. Eggplant with tomatoes. Fried eggplant. A warm salad or an independent dish? It's up to you what you call it. But, it is definitely very tasty and unusual! Enjoy your meal!
EGGLANTS WITH TOMATOES:
1 PC. large eggplant
1 PC. medium tomato
1 PC. bulb
parsley and cilantro half a bunch
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp corn kramal
1/2 tsp turmeric
ground black pepper
FOR THE SAUCE:
1 st. l. fragrant sunflower. or olive oil
incomplete 1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar 9%
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tsp sugar
1-2 cloves of garlic
ground ginger 1/3 tsp
ground black pepper
