new chubby blythe doll clothes - I made a new dress for my chubby body custom blythe doll

Hi - do you have a chubby blythe doll? If so, where do you get their clothes from? There seems to be a lack of choice on ETSY right now. This is Arabella by the way, she is a chubby blythe doll and I have just made her a new dress, I will show you how to make one in a different video.

I kept looking at the Chubbies, and did not buy one, now I am so sorry I did not. The little Dress you took her out of is adorable! Looks like she is dressed now in a cute little Winter Dress. ;-) It is NOT nudity, it is plastic. ;-)

Thank you :) We decided that she is a primary school teacher and the dress she was wearing is for the classroom as the pretty colours would appeal to the children, but she needed a different more casual look for when she is at home relaxing. haha. I came back to see this. ;-) I did buy a Chubby Blythe Doll Clothing Pattern (now to get the time he he) on etsy. I bought a pattern that had both a top/dress and bloomers. I thought with those I could tweak them to make about anything.

I bet you could easily tweak them, have you made many clothes yet? I haven't been doing any dolly stuff for ages but I am getting itchy fingers to start sewing again. I will have to see if I can upload my pattern digitally and send it to you if you want? I'm so looking forward to seeing your new doll! x

I saw your videos, fabulous, it looked like I have missed quite a few of your uploads while I have been signed out and did not get to watch them in the correct order! Glad you got your new chubby Blythe at last and the mimi body too. I have a few videos uploaded on my channel from when I was making my chubby blythe (I added the head onto the body) and made all her clothes, not sure if they will be any help to you as I did hear you mentioned watching some videos on chubby blythes and clothes making but as you didn't mention my channel at all they may well have been someone elses videos. I will be sure to mention your channel if I upload any more videos with my own chubby blythe as I don't think there is a lot on youtube for that body type which is a shame as they are lovely. @@Littlebirdblythe I have not used the Chubby Blythe Clothing Pattern that I bought FOR Chubby Blythes, but yes. I have made.....I think four (or five) dresses so far. I have been playing and tweaking other Patterns. I had used the 14" Doll Pattern and it worked out.....pretty good, with tweaking and a little more tweaking. he he he

Sorry but I don't like that body at all. It's like the sculptor has never seen an actual chubby body... They can be cute. I'm thinking of something along the lines of a Kewpie doll
