In this video I recorded some Jun Senoue style guitars over White Acropolis from the Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) OST
I think this is the one I enjoyed the most
This track gave me a lot of freedom to be creative, even to put some beats here and there
I also used Sonic P-06 gameplay, I think it's how this game should've been

I feel sad that I just found this. All I can say is that the guitar rifts you added vastly improved the already great song. Honestly I can't describe how well you have done with this, and your other older works. You have made these songs from Sonic games feel even more like Sonic then they already were. What else can I say that wouldn't drag this on? You have utterly captured the feeling of what sonic music is, and when you say "Jun Senoue style guitars" you certainly mean it. I cannot wait to hear the next song you do this with.

Project 06 is supposed to stay close to the original as possible, only with a big twist.
@@artistanthony1007 As an option it could work though. For example they added a homing attack indicator in the options despite that not being a thing until Unleashed

Yea, this could be the version that plays in shadow’s white acropolis, and the original version could be for sonic’s white acropolis
If we could get a Jun Senoue style remix pack of the entire OST put in P-06...i would die from hype...

Sounds great! If someone made a custom backing for this track, it would work great as another part of the White Acropolis theme - almost like an Act 2, even (if such existed in Sonic '06).
Well white acropolis actually has two separate level themes, the first one(which is the one that this cover is based off of) plays for the snowboarding section at the beginning, and the second one(which I think is the Better of the two) plays for the rest of the level(this is the case for both sonic and shadow, I don’t know about silver because I haven’t played his version)

Jun Senoue probably has to be my favorite musician for Sonic music. His guitar rifts (especially the ones present within this song) are always a bop to listen to. It actually feels like you're in a middle of a serious mission as your treading through this snowy tundra
You've somehow managed to make one of the best tracks from 06 even better, you've got some wicked talent!
Surprisingly Jun Senoue didn't do any work in 06. It would had been perfect though since it was the last game to have the adventure formula.
Yeah the OST in 06 is really good, but with Senoue would have been fantastic
He did Shadow’s Infiltration with Tomoya Ohtani, Produced All the vocal tracks, and to top it all, He remixed and performed the remixes of “Dreams of an Absolution” with Bentley Jones, “All Hail Shadow” & “His World” with Johnny Gioeli, Gioeli himself wrote the Chorus for “His World”.

The guitar is just what Sonic music should be...
It gives the music an identity over other video game OSTs, yet it's not what Sonic music is nowadays and i miss it
