Canva has changed around a bit since filming this video, to export your header from Canva to Mailchimp, be sure to go to the three dots in the right hand corner of Canva, then click the three dots AGAIN in the next menu that pops up "see all" and Mailchimp should appear!
@@carissamarie7507 be sure to check out this video, it shows the updated interface in Canva to send to Mailchimp. Its under "messaging" under more in Canva now! ruclips.net/video/-T_k3OqjnLI/видео.html
HI ! just wondering which pricing group did you use on mailchimp to customize the email like you did? was it essentials , premium, or standard ? thank you for the video !!
When I upload my design from Canva to MailChimp, it looks like flat file. I am not able to edit it from MailChimp, all links that are active and working in Canva, are inactive in MailChimp (and actually are not links, just an image). Could you advise on how to integrate both accounts to have it working?
The max width should be 1200 pixels, I know this is Mailchimp's width limit before you get warnings that it is too big. Height is a little more flexible!
You could replace the image with your own logo, but the image that comes with the template is just a JPEG placeholder. Feel free to reach out to tamara@31palms.com if you want an editable Canva file of this particular logo however, happy to send it! :)
@@purnimaswami3769 Mailchimp provides you with a link to a signup form where people can sign up for your mailing list, also, you can integrate it into almost any website (Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix) so that you can add a form right to your website, where people can sign up for your mailing list and are automatically added :)
Hi Ashley, hmm that's super strange, I just checked again to make sure the button was in mine and it still is! Feel free to reach out to me at tamara@31palms.com and send a screenshot and I'll try to help :)
Unfortunately, if you don't have your original Canva file, you would not be able to edit the image again. You could save the flat image from Mailchimp, but it wouldn't be editable in Canva.
Hi there, you'll want to save it straight from Canva as shown in the video, (its changed a bit, you'll want to click the 3 dots in the upper right in Canva, then the 3 dots again to "show more") and find the Mailchimp logo, and connect them. Then when you save to Mailchimp, you'll find the image right in your Mailchimp content library!
Correct, this method just allows you to send an image created in Canva to use in your Mailchimp campaign....the remainder of the campaign you'd have to build in Mailchimp using the drag and drop editor, or a template like ours :)
You're right, that was the wrong link! Here is the correct one that would bring you to all my Mailchimp/Canva email templates :) www.etsy.com/shop/ThirtyOnePalmsStudio?ref=seller-platform-mcnav§ion_id=27653431
Hi there, they recently actually moved where this is in Canva so its a bit harder to find. You would go to the three dots in the right hand corner of Canva, then click the three dots AGAIN in the next menu that pops up "see all" and it will be under there!
This is a tutorial for our prebuilt template for Canva and Mailchimp, you would have to have created the campaign in Mailchimp's editor first if you do not have the template, as well as your graphic files you'd like to insert into your campaign in Canva :)

@@31palms wow that's a lot you can do with the free plan thank you so much !
The template I'm using has a "read more" section under each picture. How can I get this work in mailchimp?

When trying to insert image into the campaign the "insert" button next to "move to" button is not on my mailchimp. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello I’m having trouble adding the image and insert it to campaign. I don’t get the insert

What I struggle is not the collage designs, but the graphic designs 😢

You can follow the prompts within Mailchimp to send a campaign, it will be in the upper right hand corner of Mailchimp!
I'm sorry but this wasn't helpful. I"m not sure how you got to the first part.
