- Join Graeme and Wayne as they go small boat fishing on an un-named sandbank in the Uk. Here is a film that is certainly not short of a fish or two,and all taken in just a 17 foot boat off the South coast of England…Graeme and Wayne head offshore to find a fish filled sandbank that had their rods bent one after the other. Graeme even caught big fish on a Sardine covered in Carp bait dipping juice so it works in both sea or freshwater…..The day turns out with flat sea conditions so ideal for running the small boat offshore. They use a variety of baits and the packs of fish just keep on coming so sit back and enjoy a bit of traditional Totally Awesome fishing!

I am always surprised at how small a baits you use out on the blue water.
Wondering what the tool is to unhook the fish? Look so easy. You using barbless or circle hooks
Called a T bar as a common name.Has a notch or slot cut in it to go over the hook shank.

Conger make good eating , if you like it. Normaly baked just like a Sunday joint really or can make fishcakes. We used to fish them commercialy and a processer here made conger burgers, tasted pretty good. We have a problem here with octopus killing the shellfish here at the moment , so most fishermen are returning the congers hoping they will eat the octo's.
