I was a smoker (have quit already) and a coffee addict, teeth are hella hellow. my dentist gave me 10% to wear overnight for three weeks. after day 2, I can already see a huge difference. gums and teeth are quite sensitive though. can't wait to finish this treatment, this is very uncomfortable.

I'm starting to feel like maybe this is good enough coz my teeth are soooooooooo sensitive now..... Pretty sure my teeth would never ever get as white as Marlon's! but he's using a much stronger bleach. I'm not sure I can tolerate that level of discomfort.

Thanks ! I do it about every 6 months usually, you don’t want to do it too often because it could damage your teeth depending on the strength of the gel. I don’t use whitening toothpaste, just regular but I make sure to brush often, along with the method I mentioned in the video and that’s helped keep them clean and white

When u remove the tray are you suppose to brush ur teeth ? Currently using the same products as you. Looking forward to getting ur results.
