Did the lavendar with my Elegant Writer pen. It worked beautifully.
It is hard to find a narrow nib. What nib size is your Elegant writer?
@@Rockymtnbloom the nib size was a 2.0. The set had 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 so pretty wide. I used it on its corner.
It's amazing what you can do with a little water, paper and ink. I loved reading about your deep clean. There's something about getting it done and having everything in order that makes you feel so ready to start creating something. Plus, when you find something that's been missing it's like reuniting with an old friend.

perfect project for playing around with my various inks! I found lots of fun inks when I started cleaning out my art cabinet. but now my desk is a disaster! I hope to give this a try this week.

I started out with one table in my craft. I ran out of room and added a second table. Now that's covered too! Yes it's past time to do a deep cleaning. I've decided I need a craft HOUSE not a craft room - one room for each medium! They tend to spill over each other. The trees are just perfect with their stark black and white. TFS
Glitter and paper threw up ALL over my craftroom from Christmas projects!! lol, I have to get it cleaned this week, I am a huge organizer nerd when a major project is done....I just wish it would stay organized because it really messes with me!! Praying for you to have a wonderful New Year!!!
I haven't done any cleaning in a couple of days. But I definitely need to clean my art space. I have missing stamps and paper that's somewhere in the midst of my "organized chaos"... 😔

Oh these are wonderful! I like playing with the Elegant Writer water soluable pens. They turn pink and green when you blot the water. But I want to try the ink you recommended too! Thank you for these great ideas. 💖

I love the Faber Castell Aquarelle pencils! They work great for me on Arches watercolor Satin Hot Pressed paper! Keep it up Sandy, you're doing fabulous

Thanks for this. I often use water soluble ink during Inktober. Janice B, at Daniel Smith store, used to recommend assigning a brush to use with ink and not using it for you have an opinion ?
If dipping into an ink bottle yes. Ink can get in the deeper part of bristles and be hard to wash out. But this technique doesn’t push ink that far in.
