"hey, welcome to, uh, Kyoto. Didja know this is the capital of Japan? I didn't. Not til now. pretty sure it used to be Tokyo. I didn't know people could just change the capital whenever they want. Anyway..."
2:12 That's JJ Jameson's laugh to the spiderman pizza delivery song. There's a full video out there and it's a trip. I love this whole thing but I love that they put in a blink and you'll miss it reference like that.
It’s taken me three years to notice that when Cox becomes a drill in the car, his seat belt is ripped too. The attention to detail on these animations is the most beautiful thing
I have to respect how continually inventive the interpretations of crendors "khkhkhk" sound are. Like it's been going for YEARS and still new ones every episode.
If he was getting the Chicago Experience, he'd have a bizarre encounter alongside Mandalore on the Blue Line, where a homeless person is excitedly mumbling at them about his tennis racket.
Chicagoan here. 1. There is an Ikea by O'hare in Schaumburg :v 2. Yes Deep Dish is fresh and great here. Giodarnos is my favorite. 3. 2:58 I know that stop, that's Washington and Wabash on Jeweler's Row. Yes CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) doesn't mind as long as you're not causing a disturbance and you don't take too long. Otherwise they might think you're homeless. As for my suggestions. Don't be afraid to kinda go off the beaten path. Go to the south side places like Pilsen, or McKinley Park, the latter being home to the industrial park that was the famous Meat Stockyards. Also as long as you bring a friend and you're wary and keep to the main streets, Chicago at night is a wonder. Just don't go to the understreets in downtown at night, that's where alot of homeless tend to be.
2:51 BTW, for those curious - 8 + 50,000,000,000 / √8 = 17,677,669,532.4683 Yeah, I was bored enough in quarantine because of good ol' Covid to answer a joke math problem in a 6-month old video.
Jesse is the ONLY diehard GoT fan that I know of. Everyone else is planning a murder, but Jesse is like "Eh, I'm COMMITTED at this point. It's been 8 seasons and I'm not gonna wimp out now!!"
As a Chicagoan, I would never recommend anyone to spend their sight seeing time on our trains. This clean, pristine, work of metal finery, that Danny has so delicately illustrated & animated, is not true to life. That being said, you are a sick man Crendor and I love you for it lol I wish I could’ve gone to the live show, but I had to work, and take the damn CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) to get there.
I honestly won't be surprised if there's someone in Chicago who sits on the train for a whole day and night and doesn't get off- just stays there to prove a point.
Florida Man Live? The Grey Storm Live? Point me to the nearest KFC, I gotta check if our good pal Tito is selling golden tickets, because I have to those shows.
Jesse did sound exactly like a drill spinning up there, that was amazing.
Nearly choked myself with tears on that one xD
The best comment to read BEFORE watching the video
Edit: amazing.
1:52
Yeah, the drill *bit* was great
Chicago: Has a lot of interesting things to take a look at
Crendor: *_IKEA_*
1:50 The animated laughter interpretations always get me.
That and 1:59 are my favorites in this video
Probably the best part of these animations. XD
Thank you. Seeing that a second time got me.
Everytime! XD
1:07
wow, this is almost as good as listening to every podcast, starting from episode 1, on the official Cox n Crendor RUclips channel. amazing, wow
wow, this is the official podcast channel run by Crendor! I know because it's me
@@crendor wow is this like, Double Crendor or Half Crendor?
I actuallh did that though, on spotify
O shit I didn't realise these were available on RUclips, thanks @wowcrendor
Then you should have this pinned and hearted Crendor
2:15 The funniest crap is that there's actually an Italian place in Chicago called Garibaldi's x'D
0:29 I’m so used to bean Jesse that real looking Jesse honestly jolted me
It's Jesse, and then overly realistic flesh Jesse. I like to call him Fleshe.
Ashlin Berman please, never say that again EVER
Didn't expect to see Steven jesse
Crendor still talks like he's holding his noise all the time
Forever congested
Mostly he just lets the noises out though. Which are the good parts, by definition.
Rumor has it, that he doesn't even have a nose.
@@Ruiso7 -- Holy shxt. KRILLIN EXISTS!?
Simultaneously deep, and nasal
The sick animation reference at the start killed me
It's great, glad I'm not the only one who noticed
same i had to scroll down ASAP to see if anyone else noticed
Haha I fucking loved it
what is it?
Came all the way down here to see if anyone else noticed.
Realistically drawn Jesse is _the exact opposite of okay._
Your welcome to being wrong.
BUT HE LOOKS SO SQUISHY
@@Ringo_ChanSan Yeah, he's a big squishy bearded dude.... they look like that.
@@personplaceson4488 Haha!
It’s almost as bad a Pyro without his goggles.
I swear this show is more about how broadly they can interpret and visualize their weird laughs.
The “gold tickets” and the Steven Universe references are amazing
I'd pay for Crendor-guided tours of Chicago. Hell, any city.
"hey, welcome to, uh, Kyoto. Didja know this is the capital of Japan? I didn't. Not til now. pretty sure it used to be Tokyo. I didn't know people could just change the capital whenever they want. Anyway..."
He will only go to cities with Ikea's in them and will take you exclusively there.
1:27 Can we get Dauegh into the dictionary?
I really like the sound of it
It's really cool to do, too..
No, but we can put it in the crencyclopedia.
Oh how I’ve missed seeing these animated boys. ❤️
Paused at 0:07 only to realize he has a gun pointed at crendor lol
This was an evolution of Dan's work. Just so much good stuff crammed into this one.
2:12

Crendor's list of "real names" should have had Trig Jegman on it. Otherwise it was a 10 outta 10.
CLANCY JAVIS tho
I laughed way too hard at seeing Dauegh on the list. Also at seeing Clancy Javis. Well done, animator
Love that "Green Lovers" reference
www.ifuckninjaturtles.uuuuuukaaaaaaayyyyyyy \m/
"Suckin on Donnie's toooes."
I love the sick animation art style at 0:12 nice touch
Jesse isn’t getting the Chicago experience, he getting the Crendor experience
If he was getting the Chicago Experience, he'd have a bizarre encounter alongside Mandalore on the Blue Line, where a homeless person is excitedly mumbling at them about his tennis racket.
This is like my favorite thing to get notified by RUclips about
Exact same
I love how he creates a funny animation whenever crendor makes one of his special laughing sounds, amazing!
Crendor as Jason Vorhees, I'd pay to watch that!
*that one scene where Jason gets shot 70 times*
“Ah shit, dude”
I think Crendor and Jason would be the best of friends since they are dudes who just want to live in peace.
Crenson!
That shot of them in the station before the train with the city in the background is genuinely beautiful and FEELS like Chicago!
Ahh man, i love bingin these; Dan's art w/ Cox n' Crendors adventures such a good combo!
The "gold" ticket from Florida! ^^
I'm crying. The sword killing Jesse has the sound effect of Crendor choking. But my favorite is Jesse in the taxi putting on his seatbelt. So cute!
The animation quality just keeps getting better and better. This is like a full course meal for my eyeballs.
Everyday with a new Daniel Tan animation is truly a blessed day
"2:21" Clancy Javis, back at it again
Clancy Javis is from Chicago, Fact.
First recommended thing to do in Chicago: Go to a Furniture store established in sweeden.
Never change Crendor
America is just Sweden-light. CMV.
I like the detail of the tickets being wood painted gold
I love how you use the sounds they make when laughing for animating them doing stupid and hilarious shit. Its the best.
2:11 dat Invader Zim music
Also, I just noticed the Nickelodeon Good Burger reference. Bringin' the 90s and early 2000s back!

Terry Bogard and Cox 'n' Crendor on the same day?!?!
WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED!!!!!
This was uploaded the second I finished listening to the live show. Thank you for this gift
Never fail to be amazed by the integration/animation of the laughter
"Okay, first thing ya gotta do in Chicago? Visit the Swedish furniture store."
Love these, thanks for another great episode!
I want Crendor as my tour guide wherever I travel to
Why is Jesse putting on his seatbelt so cute?!
Klaus O'Shaunacey I love that part!!
your animator is so twisted, and fun. love it!
0:44 This-I need more of this!!!
00:55 loving that pokemon reference with the Dragonite getting punched xD
I love these so much.
I didn’t even realize it’s been 2 months already
This is an absolute masterpiece of animation
*Happy Spark Noises*
I see that Tobey Maguire you slipped in at 2:32 and I appreciate it very much. Pizza time!
1:53 i still laugh when he transforms into a drill i swear
Jesse is the ONLY diehard GoT fan that I know of. Everyone else is planning a murder, but Jesse is like "Eh, I'm COMMITTED at this point. It's been 8 seasons and I'm not gonna wimp out now!!"
This is honestly the greatest thing RUclips has ever recommended me
Hahahahaha crendors first day in Chicago plans are HILARIOUS
i live for this content
Thank you Dan very cool!
This is the first time I’ve heard of Cox n Crendor in the part where you guys said “got to go to IKEA “ had me laughing.

Was not expecting Ikea to be the first place he would recommend to get the true Chicago experience.
Best one yet (and the others are magnificent, do I dare to say)? Yes, I think it is.
The animation, and the changing of styles was astonishing!
Still some of the greatest animated comedy of all time.
Love that Steven Universe reference
Wait what refrence
@@GreenEyedPsycho At 0:43, it's a reference to one of the early episodes with the centipede gem in Garnet's soul dungeon thing
I love these animations
Dan, your animations are always delightful. Thank you for your hard work, these videos always make me laugh.
Whoever is tasked with drawing and animating these shorts better be compensated well for having to bring yous two's insanity to visual realization.
Haaah I never regret clicking on these
PLEASE DONT TEASE ME
Garbidali is owned by that one Italian man crendor watches.
Jesse turning into a drill is the highlight of my day.
there were a lot of good refrences to old episodes in here. Love the easter eggs SuperDanil

@@jordanloux3883 Alive, I mean...
So many great little details in this one
i love that tito reference at the beginning
You don't know how bad I needed this today. Have a blessed day, everyone.
This is probably the 10th time i've watched this and i only just noticed Jesse holding Crendor at gunpoint in the reflection at the start.
Always excited to see new episodes
My gosh Dan keeps getting better and better!!
Sitting on the Loop and ignoring the weirdos is a time-honored tradition of any Chicagoan.
0:05 Crendor looks really happy despite having a gun pointing at him. xD
I love the utmost confidence at 0:51: "Am I Cersei? Wait. What the fucking am I saying? OF COURSE I"M CERSEI!"
The dragon breathing fire 1:09 'shkhkhkh' sound needs to get dubbed over every dragon fire in GOT......NOW!
2:52 problem 2 really got me, I was not expecting a 2-3 year old meme written that well to show up for like 3 seconds.
Listened to the live show at their pod cast and it was absolutely hilarious :"""""DD
Wish I could have been there - what an experience
When my teacher asks me a question in history class I knew 5 minutes ago 1:27
Danny killing it again! That drill wind-up laugh animation is A+ stuff.
How does he come up with it folks!
0:57 this is the canonical origin of the meatball man. Crendor you fool, what hath ye wrought???
Commenting because Cox n' Crendor animated is a national treasure and should be treated as such.
2:03 time to scuttle
Yo I just started rewatching these
Florida Man Live? The Grey Storm Live?
Point me to the nearest KFC, I gotta check if our good pal Tito is selling golden tickets, because I have to those shows.
Also a sick animation shout out within the first few seconds?? Superdanil you’re amazing.
If you go anywhere for deep dish, plan accordingly - most of the good places fill up fast and wait times for food can be in excess of an hour.
I love the edition of Chris Kogos pizza time melody... extremely nice touch
the ending is amazing

I wanna know how many people will or have had the chance to be like"chef!there is a tiny naked man in my food!"
