Ms. Lori, You are a Good Cook! I know that has to be Delicious!
Very good!
i made a grapefruit marmalade a few years back, and it tasted marvelous .. it also made a excellent glaze on ham. Very unique and very delicious .. it was the best ham i had ever had .. dang, now i have got to make some more grapefruit marmalade
This looks good. For snack, instead of cream cheese, I use peanut butter. God Bless and stay safe.
I have never made zucchini or yellow squash marmalade. But it sure does look good. Will have to try making some this summer. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Hi Ms Lori This recipe is amazing I've never heard of zucchini marmalade, I love marmalade so this I'm going to do looks yummy, I take zucchini and dehydrate it just cuz, then I can use it for whatever I'm creating, love zucchini, Thank you for your Great recipes, love you guys, Blessings in Love and Light,
I made this last year with the end of the zucchini and it was EVERYONE's favorite. So this year I made sure to make it early so I could make enough for everyone to have plenty. Thank you so much for sharing this EXCELLENT recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love it!
I loved the opening of the video! It took me back to visiting family in the country when I was a kid. God bless you and Mr. Brown.
I am almost 70 yrs. old & I have never heard of zucchini marmalade. Shouldn't surprise me w/zucchini being so prolific. Always have to find new ways to deal w/this bountiful vegetable. I live in an apartment so no garden. I'll have to go to the Farmers' Market & get some zucchini & yellow squash & make this. Jar of this w/some fresh baked bread; great Christmas gifts. Thanks Miss Lori.
Another wonderful way to get folks to consume veggies I love marmalade with my coconut shrimp. MMM MMM good!
I followed your instructions and used only zucchini because that is what I grew in my garden. I used all the fruit and made the marmalade. It is so good! I am a diabetic so I used 2 cups of swerve instead of sugar. I also used the pectin. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who loves tart and sweet fruits. Thank you for showing step by step on how you prepare your food. I felt like i was at home with the women folk cooking and learning something that I have all ways wanted to try. I love your videos!
Thats wonderful!
I just made this for the first time. WOW!! I added fresh ginger instead of ground ginger. I will be putting this in my canning rotation. It is sweet and tart. Tastes of citrus with a little hint of ginger. It is fantastic!! Thanks Lori.
Well shut my mouth Ms Lori that sure looks good. Never had this before. Will put it on my to do list. Thank you so much for sharing. Blessings.
Making it tomorrow-and tomorrow night I'm going to start some salt rising bread to go with it. Thank you Mrs Lori! You have got to make the cowboy candy to have on crackers with cream cheese. Your subscribers will Thank you. God bless you and Mr Brown!

I can’t wait to try this. Thank u. We love marmalade on pork tenderloin.
I love the fact that you’re using an Ulu!! I’m from Alaska -Alaska native, born and raised- and I don’t see these used often elsewhere. I love see clothing or tools from my culture used elsewhere!! Delicious looking recipe. We’ve got a bunch of squash and I’m gonna try this recipe for a small batch!
So pretty in the jars. 💜
Looks like you could eat that by the spoonful Ms. Lori, the look like jars of sunshine. Could you and Mr. Brown remember me in your prayers, going in for surgery on Monday. Love Mary from England
Wonderful
A normal day in Mr. Brown's life would be good.
There are so many ways to eat it,believe me I could injoy myself we love marmalade and home jam .
I agree with Mr. Brown. To me pear butter is just better than apple butter. I love it. I used to have a big pear tree in my back yard and made a lot of pear butter over the years.
Just one word. YUM. 💖
Yummmeee!! I bet it smells and tastes alittle like the holidays!!. Thanks Mrs. Lori! God bless!
I've used those Rada knives for years. My Momma uses them & my Mamaw used them. I use to buy them from the Church but now I either go to the Amish store, or the Rada website.🙂

I'm always looking for new things to make with squash, they're easy to grow and the gophers leave them alone. I make a lot of zucchini sweet relish and zucchini bread and butter pickles and now marmalade. Thank you.
Thank you thank you so so much for this recipe. I have SO much squash and zucchini I don’t have any idea what to do with any more. I have made so many different dishes, baked goods, frozen and canned already and I am definitely going to try this so thank you 😊
I have rehydrated a lot of my squash so i can used it in my soups in the winter.

My family love pear preserves. They also make great pies and cobblers.
This is perfect timing as I have many yellow squash to use up and didn't want to freeze them! The towel under the jars while you were filling them is really pretty. Almost too pretty to take a chance of getting marmalade on it. 😁

Looks delicious!
I love marmalade. This is s great variation. Thank you so much. It uses up the squash & saves on amount of oranges. Your kitchen must be full of good aroma again. Be well. 🦋
This is beautiful canned! Plus a great idea for all the zucchini and squash. Definitely on my to do list, thank you!
This looks great!
God bless all here.
Beautiful marmalade! Yummy!
God bless...
I never hear of this. Very interesting.
Hello from KY love you and your channel. This looks so good and pretty easy
Thank you
OMGoodness you had me hooked when you started chopping stuff. I’d be nibbling on all it. Everything you cut up looked so good. But then when you got it all together, and was talking about how it smelt, I was really wantin some. I hate that you’ve had so many, “well I’d do it this way” comments that you feel you have to explain yourself. I love to read the comments but when I get to those kind, I’m like zip gone. Lol I love watching you and learning how other people do stuff. You just feel like home. 👩🌾💛🙏🌻
Thank you sweetie
Yummy. Yum yum....
Love y’all Mrs Lori!❤️
Mahalo so very much for the squash and zucchini marmalade, you make it look so easy and I’m going to do it!!wish me luck 👍and blessings to y’all Aloha Rose

I am so enjoying watching your videos. 💜💜
Wish I had seen this yesterday it looks so much simpler than the marmalade I did with my zucchini
I just made this today after picking a bunch of squash from my garden. In a word - YUM!! Thank you so much for all the delicious ideas.
Love it
It's 2023. I'm about 10 days away from picking my first squash here in Wisconsin. I can everything too but never tried this. Looks tasty as all get out. Thanks for teaching and sharing. God Bless.
It's delicious
Put some diced up tomatoes fresh from the garden with this and put it on grilled chicken or beef or even fish if Mr. Brown is LUCKY ENOUGH TO bring you home some!!! Or Nacho chips!!!
Thats an awesome looking bowl Laurie!
I love your channel so much! I love to hear you talk! It's very relaxing. I think you're just beautiful and sweet
Yum..never ate squash marmalade. Would love to try it .I do enjoy peach preserves on hot buttered cornbread. I freeze my leftover dried beans in small containers enough for a meal and for refried beans .Have a Blessed Day .
Oh my mouth is watering!!! I'mma gonna be making me some!!!!
My neighbor makes zucchini marmalade and includes some of the schredded green rind in hers. I don't know how she makes it, but it is delicious. She sells it at local farmer's markets, as well as other butters and preserves. This looks deliciious!
I'd love to see a video on making citrus marmalade by you! I've been wanting to learn. Thank you for your wonderful ideas!
I know I would love this recipe. I can’t wait for your canning cookbook. Be sure to include this one.
Zuchinni is also a squash. Lori you are so cute/funny. You banged your spoon on the side of the pan to get stuff off of it, then stuck it right back in. LOL
I love marmalade’s. Today I made a citrus marmalade. No pectin. But I cook and cook it down for about 25-30 minutes. It was slowly thickening , but I decided to add a bit of pectin to get it done lol. I usually do use pectin but the recipe didn’t call for it.
I’m going to make your recipe. Thank you.
I had never even heard of zucchini, squash, marmalade, but I will now be making zucchini squash marmalade next year
It is wonderful!
I just made this!!! I added a handful of cut up marshiano cherries!! Just delicious!! I will be making more as soon as more of my zucchini gets ripe! Thank you here from north central Wisconsin.
Ooooo sounds wonderful!
