268 watt hours. So this is equivalent to a 22Ah 12v battery essentially. It's using lithium also. With just a 50w camping tier solar panel you could fully charge it up in under 6 hours. A lot of the weight in this unit is probably not entirely the battery itself, but a lot of the weight would be caused by the inverter turning the battery into AC output, then there is another more simple DC-DC voltage converter in there probably running the USB sections, then there is the 12V output. And then you have input chargers, that regulate the input power to charge the battery, one for the 12v input and another for the 240v input. There is indeed quite a lot packed into that single unit, you would probably find that the battery itself probably only takes up a third of the cavity in fact.
I bought one since it has UPS and i use a cpap. It cuts off for no reason. Its better to not use it for UPS if that is what you buy it for and it is finicky to charge on a solar panel if the sunlight is weak. Sunny days it charges fine and it charges fast if you plug it in to a wall socket...0-80% in 1 hour.
Looks like exactly what I need for my planned tinny trip down the Murray (as soon as the river goes down again) 🙄🙄🙄 Can you charge it with a solar panel? Thanks for the review!
Hi Frank this comment only just showed up for some reason! It says 4 weeks old though haha. Yes you can certainly charge it with solar! I used it the other day when the power went out to power a light and the tv for the kids hahaha
Great stuff mate. You will absolutely love that. These things are crazy handy!
Cheers Robbie. Yeah I'm absolutely loving it. I'm going to be using it all the time!

Ah yeah of course the inverter would add to the weight, I didn't think of that. You know your electronics a lot better than I do hahaha

I haven't tried using as a UPS, weird that it's cutting off. Have you turned off eco mode?
great stuff!
Cheers mate
