Every years more than a million students apply for Government Jobs, yet there are few who are able to crack it. Be it UPSC, SSC or any other government exam, a lot aspirants lose their hope and eventually their dream of becoming a government officer, once the results are out.
Becoming an IAS, IPS, IRS, IES, IRS, IFS or Income Tax Inspector sure sounds lucrative, but a lot of hard work and determination is required to become one. Even if we are applying for UPSC, SSC or any government exam, we should be clear about our goals and our approach.
Ex-IES Akhand Swaroop Pandit, is one such person, who cleared almost 14 government exams and fulfilled his dream of getting a government job and becoming a government officer. Being an average student all his life, he was never sure that he will be able to change the course of his life. But an incident changed his life for good. However, he did not stop after becoming an IES officer and today he is an Entrepreneur who runs an organization with the name of- The Catalyst Group.

In my 2nd semester of MBA I scored 43% because I was not well during that whole semester.....I was shocked......I knew I was an average student because in my entire life I had never scored less than 70% but 43% was never me..... I was questioning myself am I that weak in studies?.......After that I was like I have came this far to another city just to score 43%....A big No......I was feeling guilty that I am wasting my parents money ....... Then I decided to plan and then study I scored 75% in my 3rd semester....... Still I was not satisfied I worked harder I scored 88% in my last semester........I was relieved that being away from home is not fully wasted that at least I made it to top 5 students list........lastly I would like to say work hard..... work smart..... believe yourself....... One day you will make it.

Just look at government jobs only 1%
Making fool rest of 99%percent by looting hard earned money of people, showing and comparing and degrading others youth capabilities.
It big blunder we are thinking of job security in our 20-30 .
This 20-30 year age youth potential totally wasted by these coaching industries.
Instead of doing and promoting such things learn from foreign countries.

@@electricengineer5082 I totally agree with you, we people are wasting our time on these bullshits. No matter how, everyone wants to just eat this candy of Govt. job. Even those people are getting a lot of LPA but still....

I myself earning 4 lac for six month......then ....took... Switch toa other getting 7.5 lacs in the same year.....without any much pain....
Where govt job stands......just a vicious cycle.....
