This would be good , DIY amplifiers ,preamplifier, speakers . Another thing i do is take a very nice compact disc player that works perfect but is ugly from mishandling, i make my own cabinets and chassis, or purchase a chinese made component kit . I also convert some to top loading ,
Oh this is a better answer and what did you think how many inputs are need? In my case I've or better I need 8 RCA inputs for my CD-Players. Sometimes I want repair a machine but I've no luck to fix it it is so that comes in phases sometimes I've a run then there are odd machines in a line!
@@weakbit633 yes , more rca inputs are always good to have , I custom designed and built a source selector with 12 inputs source and a 3 source output to be able to have different amplifiers hooked at once .
this is the max. light output form the VLF - it is on the end. sorry I'm only angry about this machine that I don't can repair it - sometimes I have a phase with no luck to fix the Hifi machines. 😞

This could just be bad capacitors going to the display - TEACs are quite bad for using cheap, underspecced caps and I have seen this before on them.
Repair it with the dimmer button on the remote.
