First of all thanks a lot for visit Mexico, I love it I saw one of the last video in La Condesa. I was struggling because I've never been work remotely before. It's difficult to manage your time, my schedule is a disaster and your advices helped me a lot. Thanks 👍🏽
I started working from home full time about a month ago! I did in 2020 and realized how much I missed it. I look forward to traveling more in the future with this setup. :)
Hey Haley! This has been helpful indeed, thank you. I'm looking into this kind of lifestyle actually and chanced upon your video. I'm intimated but I'd love to take on a challenge. Still praying for wisdom & guidance in taking the next step 🙏
Great video! I was wondering any tips on knowing if an Airbnb will have good internet? I guess just reading previous reviews of the place? Also, would you say that an Ethernet cable connection is necessary to do remote work? Or WiFi just okay? I agree with time management being extremely important. It's not like a regular job where you clock in and out and get paid regardless. Remote work you gotta get the actual work done
Reading reviews is essential, but you can also reach out to the AirBnB host, let them know you are inquiring about their place but that you're working remotely and would like to know what the wifi speed is. Host are generally good at responding, but always make sure you're reading the reviews and communicating with the hosts. I don't travel with an ethernet cable. I make sure that wherever I'm heading has stable, reliable, fast wifi.
this is great video, while 1 difference I noticed is your remote work is mostly working independently, no need of much in-sync communication with clients/co-workers? like phone-calls/zoom meetings/slack on-line chatting? wonder do you have advice for others who have remote-work but still in corporation lifestyle, with constant need to attend zoom meetings/? how do you manage time if you travelled to different time-zone? e.g. in EU/Asia but need to have weekly meetings with clients in US? Thanks,
Ventriloquist exist baby , they are at the crowded places. I do a two second rule where I look at everyone for atleast two seconds , no more than 10 seconds apart , helps spot the Ventriloquist. They just want your attention, so yes I can see how it is distraction
Doing forex trading requires a rented server which can be accessed remotely. Then you can start freelancing for various prop firms out there trading their capital. And you don't need to build your personal brand or chase clients. If you've got an EU passport then you can go anywhere in the EU and work without visa. Just my 2 cents.
Question, what kind of online jobs you know are available and where you can work anywhere in the world online? Do you carry some kind of portable Wi Fi around to do internet stuff in areas where Wi Fi is not available?
There are many remote jobs available on all kinds of job boards, like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. I do not go to work in places that do not have reliable, stable, fast wifi.
I like it baby , can we talk about American government loans to start businesses in 2022 . Which one to apply for , what website to apply . Let's try that baby.
