캐나다도 겨울에는 눈이 많이 오는군요 눈 치우는것도 어렵죠
눈 제설 장비 없이 눈치우는게 굉장히 힘들죠

외국생활이라 신경이 안쓰이는게 아니고 한국이 아니라 그래요.
만일 주변에 할아버지 부모 이모들 사촌들 친구들 있다면 지금같이 하고다닐수 있어요?
단지 주변 환경이 바뀐겁니다.
그래서 외국생활이 자유롭다는것은 주변에 아무도 없으니 신경쓸일이 없다는거죠.
인간은 환경에 적응하며 살아요.

Interesting that you talked about how the people in Korea tend to all wear the same fashion and hairstyles. No other channel that I have watched has touched this topic. When I first started to watch Kdramas I thought this as well and found it difficult to differentiate between the actors because they all had the same hairstyles and wore the same fashions. It's a little better now that I have more dramas. It seems thatthat Korea tends to be a society of conformity rather than a society of individualism. In Canada I think we try to raise our children to be more individualistic and creative in their thinking and style and to think 'outside of the box . To realize that others may criticize and not agree with you but that does not mean you are wrong or necessarily right, it just means that you have differences, and differences are ok. In other words, not to care too much what others think of you because we live in a society where we aren't going to please everyone. And to create change, sometimes you may have to stand alone. It was interesting that you approached this topic.
Hello! Thank you very much for your comment! I am very happy to know that we are talking about things that are not mentioned in other videos. We want to do that as well regarding intercultural relationships because they often get really romanticized but they have their challenges.
And you are spot on that Korea is a collectivist society and Canada is individualistic, I have many more lived examples and will share them is future videos. 😁
So often in videos about Korea and Western interracial relationships you hear the reasons for the relationship not working is because of the differences in language and cultural. I have always found this reason to be just an excuse to justify the failure in the relationship.What people don't realize is that is language and culture are learnt behaviors, we are not born with them, we learn them from the society in which we live in, so anyone has the ability to learn a new culture and language. Canada is a multicultural country where mixed racial marriage is common. There are lots of video about this topic that deal with this but from a Korean perspective where western culture integrates into Korean culture. Is it more difficult for other cultures to integrate into western culture?

As a Korean who adopted western culture or still in process , I think this is a matter of a person’s willingness, life is beautiful because things you know doesn’t mean you know everything and we grow up from learning😋 I love to develop new things like culture and things I don’t know
But I tend to see alot of immigrants living in Canada with still their old mindset and complain, which I don’t understand because it’s understandable that they can’t change their mindset right away but at least they have to try to integrate into Canadian culture as they’re not in their motherland anymore
When it comes to failure of relationships, we all try to find a reason/excuse on why we failed, so I think it doesn’t only apply to interracial relationships but all other relationships as well
I would say language and culture is just part of things that they try to find a justice from their own decisions
In my opinion, language and culture are no big deal, it’s not because Ive lived abroad long enough but open-minded
Also in all relationships the most important thing is to compromise not to be selfish 😇😇
@@InfiniteLoonie interesting, this is a conversation that we could discuss forever. I am very interested in knowing what you perceive to be Canadian culture and how it differs from Korean culture. As a Canadian , the most difficult question that I think most Canadians ask themselves is "What is Canadian culture?", so I am always curious how other cultures answer this. It is not difficult for you to answer this question because you come from a country were one ethnic race exists and the language and culture is very distinct to that race. The other thing I am interested in is the challenges and difficulties you face or faced in coming to Canada.

아이고~~눈 치운다고 고생이 많구나.
이곳 일본 니가타도 눈이 많이 오는 지역이라서 겨울에는 눈 때문에 온몸이 아프지.
다행이도 니가타는 도로 중앙에 30센치 간격으로 지하수 물이 나오기 때문에 눈을 도로에 버리지.
그리고 집집마다 지하수 물이 나오게 공사를 하기 때문에 차위에 쌓이는 눈만 치우면 되니까 육체적으로 덜 고생이란다.
다른 지역은 지하수 물이 안나오기 때문에 캐나다처럼 기계를 이용들 하겠지.
아무튼 눈 내리는 겨울이 싫~~~다.
하루 빨리 봄이 왔으면 좋겠다.
역시 일본은 기술도 좋아
나도 겨울이지긋지긋하다 얼른 탈출해야겠어
