Yeah, it’s not suitable for an individual wealthy person and his/her family. Better used as a luxury retreat for interested customers for stays of maybe a week or two. Basically a luxury boutique hotel, not a private residence.

A testament to folks with more money than common sense. Problem is when you build something this massive and custom in a remote location with no neighboring homes of similar value, you need a very specific buyer. It would take minimally about $150 million to own and maintain taxes, insurance and upkeep on this home. If I had that kind of money, there would be many choices ahead of buying this monstrosity.
And it will burn up in a wild fire.

Im pretty sure all of this is was thought out. There are enough rich SOBs so that eventually someone will buy it. I don't see anyone keeping the whole thing to themselves, maybe they will make it into a resort or something. The builders wanted to create a big-budget masterpiece which they did.
Id take that 80 mil and instead buy badass homes in about ten different cities across the u.s. and europe.

One of the most beautiful houses/resorts in one of the most beautiful parts on planet Earth. I’m a Colorado native. Have travelled all over, but there is something about the mountains of Colorado that is beyond words. This is truly a small slice of heaven on Earth.

Ok first of all the man who is doing this sales video reflects the age of a buyer. Bad sound, 1960’s jokes ( jelly beans in a drink?) The stone and materials are gorgeous but it does need some updating. Also where are the staff quarters ? This place needs minimally 10 staff 3 for the outside, 3-4 house cleaners, maintenance staff, etc btw is there a garage ? Where do I keep my Bentley , Mercedes G wagon and Bugatti when it snows ?

A Manhattan apartment of rhe same price is more likely to sell than this, and even that's less likely to sell than the same priced property in Monaco
