Homemade strawberry dessert that I never get tired of eating! Creamy smooth it melts in mouth!

Do you like strawberries? You'll like them even more when you taste my new easy strawberry dessert! Today, I’m sharing my all-time favorite: a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth strawberry dessert that’s perfect for any occasion!
Here’s what you’ll need to recreate this delightful treat at home:
• Strawberries: 1 ½ cups (250 g)
• Juice of half a lemon
• One egg
• Sugar: 4 tbsp. (50 g)
• Cornstarch: 2 tbsp. (25 g)
• Whipping cream: ¾ cup (200 grams)
• Additional sugar for the cream: 2 tbsp. (30 g)
• 6 whole wheat cookies for the crumbs
This recipe is super easy and fun to make. You just need to mix the ingredients, cook on low heat, and combine the strawberry mixture with whipped cream. The result is a fluffy, amazing colored dessert that’s ready in no time. Plus, it’s the perfect summer dessert!
