  • Craving a dessert that never gets old? Dive into this homemade caramel dessert that’s so creamy and smooth, it simply melts in your mouth! 🍮
In this video, I’ll guide you through the process of creating this delightful treat.
    Here’s what you’ll need:
    For the caramel:
    - Sugar: ½ cup (100 grams)
    - Cream: ⅓ cup (70 grams)
    - Butter: 1 ¾ tbsp. (25 grams)
    - A pinch of salt (¼ tsp.)
    For the mousse:
    - Whipping cream: ¾ cup (200 grams)
    - Mascarpone: ½ cup (100 grams)
    - Whole wheat cookies (I used 6 of them) or graham crackers
We’ll start by melting the sugar over low heat, then carefully mixing in the cream and butter. Once everything is well combined, we’ll add a pinch of salt for that extra flavor. The caramel is then allowed to cool before being whipped into a fluffy and creamy mousse. To assemble the dessert, we’ll layer cookie crumbs, caramel, and the caramel mousse in dessert cups. This recipe makes 6-8 dessert cups, depending on the size of your glasses.
Remember, you can enjoy this dessert right away or refrigerate it for a firmer texture. Either way, it’s a treat you’ll never get tired of eating!
I’d love to hear from you, so don’t forget to say hi in the comments below and let me know what country you’re watching from. 🥰

I would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if my body would not double in size from it 😅 But you got to treat yourself once in a while, life is too short to live it without caramel haha. Thanks for watching Patricia ♥
