Thank you for taking time to make this video. I checked the piece of foam and it had slipped down probably with the heat generated inside the printer. Obviously a design fault. They should have used a glue with a specification to withstand a higher degree of heat. Thanks again as it saved me some cash.
My 3 year old printer had also done the same, I gently warmed the switch with a hair dryer and eased the pad back up which worked a treat, the printer is now working again. I did have 1 month remaining on my warranty but thought this would be less hassle and get it working quicker.
This was it! I found the foam bit moved and placed it back. Now the printer is working again. Thanks!
