    Thanks for showing that, I would have probably tried to put it on the piston and push it in. I would probably have ended up wanting to throw it across the room after it didnt work that way. Charles

    What kind of grease do you recommend for the o-ring/housing?

      I don’t really have a preference. Probably any type of construction grease will be fine.

    Is it somehow possible to add trough spindle air option to older machine? I have year 97 vf2 with trough spindle coolant and would love to have trough spindle air somehow added to it.

    should build yourself a spring compressor much like we engine machinist use. simple device to make.

      @@cncrepairman as 8 year Haas service technician - yes. One dues corrosion, second due damaged oring after few monts.

      Only two in 8 years! Better than me! I’ve never had to work on one. Maybe I’ll do a video about taking it apart.
