Rune King Thor is the most popular being of all marvel universe...he is unstoppable..hulk, Hyperion, sentry, even the phoenix force, apocalypse, Thanos cannot stop Rune King Thor... Rune King Thor will kill all of them with ease
I hate that people argue for Hulk against Thor. Yes, Hulk is POTENTIALLY stronger than Thor, but base Thor is 1000x stronger than him and with his magical and elemental abilities he'd leave the Hulk lying in a pile of Banner before he knew what happened (Stan Lee seriously created Thor as a one-up on Hulk/Superman ... who could be stronger than Hulk? Well .... a GOD). Add to that Thor's supersonic speed and reflexes, and his incredibly powerful mystical weapon and it becomes unfair. Hulk couldn't dream of competing with cosmic entities yet Thor divebombs Galactus and manages to match him long enough for the heroes to think of a way to send him away (notwithstanding the time he ACTUALLY DEFEATED him). The MCU depowered Thor alongside many others (while buffing Cap and normal humans like Widow and Hawkeye) but he's essentially top of the hierarchy below abstracts (and even then, he rebuffed the Phoenix and left it so exhausted that it had to devour a planet to continue). Thor's natural power married to the Odinforce makes him superior to Galactus and probably equal to Mephisto in his own realm (yes, Mephisto was going to beat Galactus until the latter started eating Hell which pissed Mephisto off and made him concede, being greedy and self-centred).

This is why Marvel Thor is more powerful than his Mythology Counterpart and way more than his God of War counterpart.
