I am almost n th same kind of a conservative family.. left a well paying job not suppose to step out unless its absolute necessity. 2 years into marriage i gt into severe depression my only saviour is my daughter. You are so frank and natural. I understand how u reacted to your periappa’s treatment. My father was quite like that. He had 9 girls. Short tempered , over protective ,worried,tensed n,anxious. But to some extent his strictness,the way he treated us made us more determined. All 9 went to the university, 1, doctor, a professor, administrator s , accountant n rest teachers. That was quite common for that generation. Both of you make a lovely couple. May god bless you with more loving years together. 👍
