lowkey I love that nobody ever says "But can they beat Vegeta?" I know its cause Goku is stronger but its funny to me because Vegeta would win alot of the theoretical fights because he would on most occasions just go straight for the kill while Goku wouldn't
He's still a savage fighter but they've repeatedly shown that he's not that person anymore. He shows mercy quite often when it's appropriate in Super.@@Da-choppa
You already compared Hollow Purple to Hakai so I'd like to point out that both Frieza and Goku where able to resist being erased by Hakai in the anime. So if the erasure isn't potent enough, dragonball characters can just shrug it off like any other normal attack.
Yeah, a sufficient power gap beats out hax in Dragon Ball, and there's a significant power gap between the Saiyan Saga/Namek Saga Goku and most of the rest of all Shonen manga characters.
The real question is how the heck would Gojo hit him with it, I'm pretty sure after the Granola arc True UI is technically his base form. Even if we did say Hollow Purple erases everything, just a guaranteed boop out of existence no questions asked. Let's say Gojo tosses up the domain immediately, tosses hollow purple at goku's face... Goku's true UI would just slip it since it's always active, and kicks gojo into another dimension. It would be pretty cool if Jujutsu Kaisen characters learned to use domain on themselves and exchanged the haxs for a raw speed, strength, or durability boost outside the domain
@@divineroadrunner While I technically agree with your perspective - why would true UI be Goku's base form? He can use UI at will and combine it with different forms but he's nowhere near Whis' level yet. Goku would still have to focus on using UI - it's not like it's auto activating and is always active for him (yet)
@@TenkaichiMeister Whis told goku "when your heart is calm your body will move on its own no matter what form you're in" before he fought gas. now that he's using TUI instead of copying Whis' UI it shouldn't matter if he's calm or not, he just has to be eager to fight which Goku always is. He hasn't unlocked TUI's full potential or master the stamina consumption, but there's no form he needs to use to gain UI's auto dodge
i have a way to counter infinity, infinity creates infinite distance aaround gojo doesnt that mean the gojos skin isnt touching infinity since if it touches it creates infinite distance thus infinitely expands his skin meaning infinity isnt touching gojo that means that there is a gap where infinity doesnt exist around gojo and can be countered using insant transmission, and if it really is achilles and tortoise achilles has set speed and tortoise has low speed but has a distance covered it would be like a=5 speed and t=4 speed and achilled covers half distance but tortoise moves another and achilles has to cover infinite distance to reach tortois since his speed is set but goku has immeasurable speed
@@kingsly3690There’s a much simpler explanation on why goku can just bypass infinity. Goku is above the concept of time do to him surpass hits technique. Goku has also crossed infinite distances before. Since goku has infinite speed gojo technique is practically useless.
If we are talking about where Goku is in the manga now, he no longer has to activate Ultra instinct. He has reached the point where if he knows he is in a fight, his body can just activate it as that's really what UI is.
Something even more important here: *Goku has resisted the effects of Hakai energy for well over a minute in his base form* Even IF Purple erased matter, Goku could likely resist it due to Hakai basically being capable of the same thing.
Hakai has been shown to blow things up and can be resisted. Purple literally just passes through everything, hasn't been resisted. Hollow purple is just straight up better.
We also can’t forget how krillin and Jacky Chun (Master Roshi) were able too move so fast that they talked and played rock paper scissors in a second, and that was in Og dragonball, it was the first tournament i think
That was literally the first tournament of the series, and was also Krillin's first major fight. Like, Krillin just arrived on Roshi's island and underwent Turtle School training (the one involving delivering milk cartons) and was already putting up those feats.
@@christiancinnabars1402 ok yeah that’s my fault, sorry for the misinformation, it’s been super long since I watched Og so I’m gonna change that real quick
Feats that happened in the original Dragon Ball are mostly ignored/forgotten by Toriyama as characters are still shocked through Z and Super to see characters that can move past light speed or even destroy islands or planets. Power scaling in DB is a commonly frowned upon topic because the power scaling is bullshit since you have characters who can literally destroy the solar system or even planets with their punches (ideally) and yet they can casually fight on earth without destroying the ground they're standing on whilst also claiming they're going all out.
there really isnt an effective point to be made for this though unless you either believe that they can talk really fast or you believe that they are at this point already at ftl levels of speed causing time to warp allowing them to have a full conversation in what otherwise would be a second
I hope its talked about or atleast pointed out that in the BUU Saga Vegito got turned into candy and still was kicking Buu's ass to the point Buu turned him back just so it would be less embarrassing. Enough strength usually beats most hacks in db hell in Super Hit uses Timeskip and once Goku powers up into SSB Kaioken x 10 he is moving inside the skip same as Hit, and later on a rematch he just powers up in SSB and breaks the time skip. It usually just goes whoever is stronger than the hack user is unaffected by the hack.
Yeah thats why so many anime characters cant beat goku. Dragonball works on a "enough strength = beats all hacks" basis. Knowing dragonball, goku would just be able to punch through infinity because he's "just that strong." I mean, Jiren was able to break out of hits time locked pocket dimension prison. Why? Because he's just above hacks. People can complain how dumb it is all they want, but its just how dragonball is. ...this is why powerscaling sucks.
Hate to break you’re bubble but the ability to maintain your power no matter what form you’re in is stated in the diazenshuu to be a special characteristic to Vegito himself. So Vegito just has resistance to transmutation, that doesn’t mean it applies to goku.
Goku was able to travel across universe 7's Hell which is stated multiple times to be infinite in size and Goku crossed this distance in a finite amount of time (This was in dragon ball Z, now Goku is billion and billions of times stronger at the end of super. ) so Gojo's infinity is irrelevant.
This is kinda invalid considering we know dimensions in Dragon ball are worded differently even though it seems to operate in a completely different way. The easiest way to make an argument against infinity is Goku's macrocosm scaling and the fact he surpassed the realm of 3d (clashing with beerus couldve destroyed the universe including the dimensions of hell and the otherworld) and now Goku is thousands of time stronger (Moro arc TUI Goku >>> ToP SSB Goku >>>> RoF SSB Goku > BoG SSG Goku (in RoF, goku is AT LEAST 50x stronger than the SSG Goku who threatened the universe, and this is assumed he didnt train AT ALL)) So Goku completely bypasses Infinity easily. Domain expansion while fast is still a 3d thing (Infinity itself is 3d) and Goku is already far beyond 3d.
Infinity isn't an infinite amount of space, it's an idea. Gojo's brings infinity into his reality. It runs on the idea that the closer you get to 0, the slower you begin to approach it. goku need to appear inside of gojo to bypass infinity and so far nothing suggest that he is capable of such thing. @@m444.2

Would Infinite Void even affect Goku though? I ask this because if someone is fighting massively faster than light, their brains and reaction time have to be that fast. So with the information flooding Goku’s brain, hypothetically speaking he could register the information faster than it could overload his brain leaving him immobile
Goku has potentially infinite or immeasurable speed depending on how you argue certain key feats, it's definitely not "lol unlimited void gg no reeeeeeee"
Before we saw more of gojos feats a year ago I was of a similar belief of having the benefit of doubt towards gojo being able to beat goku. Now that we’ve seen his upper limits vs sukuna I think it’s fair to say he’s not coming anywhere close
To be fair, we still don't know what Sukuna used to kill him. For all we know, Sukuna could've just pulled out a hack that not even Goku would be able to survive
@@Caliburn_SummitSukuna used a spatial slash, although it was specifically stated that he had to aim it at the world and not at Gojo, because otherwise would be diverted
I feel like people forget that after ssj, no normal human being can even see the fights going on. Imagine how fast fights go in Ssgss/MUI level, it would last less than 2 seconds. He could literally kill gojo before he even realized goku moved.
No normal human being can what's going on in Original DragonBall. Roshi and Krillin need to explain what they did because nobody was able to see anything.
Goku as of the TOP can move faster than the flow of time, he did it first against hit using SSB KKx10 and moving while hit used timeskip to move forward in time and catched hes moves and hit back, in the TOP we see Jiren completely reading and reacting to Hits timeskip with no issue and at the end Goku & Vegeta are landing hits on Jiren while SSB. Not even people with timestop would outspeed Goku in SSB he could literally hit them before the flow of time catched up to the fact somebody stoped time, this man can literally *wait faster*
You also have to wonder if any of Gojo's attacks can even get near Goku. His ki is so powerful that I'd just create an impenetrable wall that Gojo's abilities may not be able to get to.
As a Goku meatrider even I believe if Goku SOMEHOW gets hit we'll see a Go/ku. Purple, Red, and Blue are beyond normal energy and matter. Red literally displaces matter, Blue creates an empty space in it's core and forces all matter around it to fill that empty space, and then Purple is a mix of these Negative & Positive reactions that on their own are impossible, but create an even more impossible scenario where the universe literally gives up and throws physics out of the window and just decides to delete the matter. Which on it's own defies the laws of our universe which states matter cannot be created nor destroyed. It is like a computer crashing due to an error and as a result said computer just gives up and decides to delete the file causing said error. The only reason Jujutsu Kaisen characters can even hope to withstand these attacks is because they also have Cursed Energy that actually CAN react to these attacks.
@@keuhgah1912 The only issue i see with it is that how would that shit ever hit goku? If he got hit with it for sure it would do something to him but he is just way to fast to be hit

Plus we see Sukuna negate a 200% version despite being caught off guard, and then Gojo's infinite hollow is more like an explosion than whatever the normal hollow purple is

Even without Ultra Instinct, Goku can resist mental manipulation as he's done meditation, mental training for eons since the start of Dragon Ball and has a perfect state of mind in battle.
Imma just give me opinion, to think goku can resist mental manipulation seems abit random, but that would just be me, regardless, goku would still be affected, gojo’s domain expansion would still hit regardless due to the rules off of jjk, once he’s trapped, he would be left standing there, taking in infinite information. Unless he was in Ui (cuz even if his mind is being overwhelmed by info, ui is a great counter against infinite void due to goku’s body still moving and fighting until he runs out of stamina), once he trapped, his guard would be down and gojo could use Hp, or whatever else he could to use or take out goku, but who knows cuz goku is still very strong himself
@@Strawhattedgokus mind is probably so strong unlimited void will just give him a headache or something, or maybe he’ll punch his way out of it. either way i doubt he is getting significant damage out of it considering how he in base form is strong enough to resist attacks that can erase your existence throughout multiple timelines.

@gamers-xh3uc The activation of infinite void isn't at infinite speed, I think the person means would gojo be able to catch him with the move at all. Likely if goku sees it he'd be fast enough to just move far enough to where it wouldn't be able to hit or stop gojo's activation as he's starting

Honestly feel like goku's ki is his own sort of infinite. We see how Jirens aura was able to block gokus kamehameha, and how moros fist broke against gokus ki covered pec. Gokus aura can prob even defend him from unlimited void, if it can even reach goku. The domain prob activates too slow. Also, maybe he could also break his domain like how vegeta destroyed the time chambers dimension. Goku can resist erasure attacks like hakai with his aura, and in a fight he most likely would have his aura up. Also, Gokus hakai was the actual technique used properly, he just had to cut it short because zamasu used mai as a meat shield. Gojos domain also doesnt affect himself or anything directly affecting him, so Goku could just have his hands on him. hes fast enough to do that.
Jiren just used his key as a shield. That is why the attack split open instead of just stopping in front of him. He released his key to overpower goku’s. He isn’t the only one who goes through KAMEHAMEHA’s. He’s just the first to use key to do so.
It's not a Ki-blast tho, not at all. it's essentially like beerus'/ all the other G.O.D's balls of destruction w/o the drawback of anyone surviving/overpowering it after being hit. and if it hits it whoever is fully consumed by it, (especially vital points which saiyans have), it ERASES them completely. and if ur gonna say sukuna tanked it, he held back because he wanted to save megumi. it's stated multiple times, he just didn't want sukuna to know.
@@amaterasu6556Gojo didn’t hold back the first purple he fired was 120% but he further boosted it to 200% output with a binding vow ( Sukuna stated this himself ). Sukuna survived the final one as well. Goku has higher durability then literally everyone in that verse. Gojo isn’t doing shit to Goku.
Also just to put this here, Sukuna was using domain amplification to diminish the damage that he will take from Hollow Purple. So it’s still kinda unsure if he would have simply gotten erased if he hadn’t had it up in time. Edit: oh and Goku has existence erasure resistance, he legit got hit by a Hakai and was able to hold on and not get consumed by it
Also, how would gokus immense multiversal ki affect gojo? (lets assume cursed energy and ki are interchangeable when gojo and kakarot interact) what if gojos domain expansion could not contain goku because his presence is just that huge. Also it takes time for a domain expansion to start, and goku is millions of times quicker than gojo. Goku would sense the danger and neutralize it by either moving out of range or leaking out astronomical amounts of ki to completely overwhelm gojo's and disrupt the entire process. Even if gojo caught goku completely by surprise, there are nuances that are simply too important to ignore with how much ki goku has. Its literally more than the cursed energy every curse user posseses combined, and multiply that by a factor of thousands or millions.
I think Goku is so dense the domain expansion wouldn't work as intended. Goku would just go, "oh neet there's no people around anymore! Now I can go all out!"
i have not read the manga but in the anime when they revive frieza for a day so he can compete in the top a group of assassins who were given a hakai by a god of destruction they use it on frieza but he manages to control it then throw it at goku which he tanks with minimal damage

@@tightninja123 @tightninja123 if by logic of 'Both Universes' you mean your own head cannon and picking and choosing what should be applicable in either verse then sure, Goku like every person in Jujutsu Kaisen as determined by the implausibility of a human being incapable of having no negative energy/human which is what festered negative energy then sure. However, if we look at the nature of KI and dragon ball, being the embodiment of the user's mind body and soul, their fighting spirit, their KI the opening canal of their heart where energy flows, then Goku being pure of heart would be highly relevant and applicable in an energy system that is an extension of Dragon Ball's KI, where there already is negative energy in Dragon Ball, it's even explicitly stated in the Devilmite Beam in Dragon Ball, and it's references when it comes to the spirit bomb. In order to use the spirit bomb, the user must be completely devoid of any bad/evil energy. Although you won't get word for word the exact annunciation of 'Cursed Energy' in Dragon Ball, this is nearly as close as we get. However, when you look at the description of the Devilmite Beam as described by Master Roshi, what it does is it magnifies any speck any slight evil dark negative malicious malevolent thought, any aggression, any regret, any malice, ill intent, anger, and symbolically what it does is it amplifies this negativity within the person's heart until it explodes. Since Goku is pure of heart, it was ineffective, and because Goku has no 'bad' energy, he's practically the only character in cannon that can channel, call upon, control, deflect, and direct the spirit bomb, he's the only one that could use this technique. There was a point in the series where because of the change in Goku's nature/heart from transformation, which is something unique to Saiyans as they're an alien hybrid race, so the energy with Saiyans and transformations works differently from their 'base' form, Goku wasn't able to use the spirit bomb initially while in super saiyan. However, after mastery and I guess changing the nature of even his super saiyan state to have it be more natural, where he wouldn't even lose energy/leak ki anymore, he could then use the spirit bomb while in super saiyan. Also, I didn't mean that Toji was pure of heart, I'm saying that the conditions in which Goku doesn't have Cursed Energy is akin to the phenomenon as that of Toji, albeit for completely different reasons, Toji being a heavenly restriction gifting him Super Natural human senses/strength, Goku simply abiding by the rules of Jujutsu Sorcery by well, being an anomaly in both the Dragon Ball verse, and therefore he'd be an anomaly in Jujutsu Kaisen. It's not possible for really any mortal to be able to use the flying nimbus or these certain techniques, and yet Goku because of his pure heart and pure good energy is able to do so, purely because he has a pure heart. You can't say you've acknowledged the Dragon Ball verse whlist reconning Goku, KI systems and Dragon Ball, and feats related to Goku just not having bad energy.
@@tightninja123 From the phrasing of the original comment, I see how it looks like I'm saying Toji has a pure heart, I've seen the show, we've seen his slutty waist, he kills without remorse, he fulfills his contract following his own pleasures/desires, he sold his son to pay the rent, what I'm saying is Toji isn't pure of heart. I was making the arguement in good faith as any thing that would apply to a human in jjk would also be applied to any human in the dbz verse
If you use manga Goku, he could just use hakai on Gojo and on any of Gojo's attacks. Goku is also way too fast for Gojo to even dream of keeping up with. And if you use CC or Xeno, well that's just spite against Gojo lol
Goku is only scaled so low when fans of other animes scale the other character, such as Gojo, so close, as to even surpassing, because most of Goku's fights are against people who are strong enough or even stronger than him, not making him look as strong. Yet, scaling him against the ordinary human, his strongest form would instantly kill. A human with powers won't really do much else.
honestly after battle of the gods, goku absorbed god ki into his base form. Even in base goku could flick a normal humans arm and break it if he wasn't holding back, now gojo does make himself stronger with CE and infinity to boslter his body but I couldn't imagine a full punch in base goku wouldn't shatter a couple bones of a non-infinite gojo
??? 2:06 Piccolos special beam cannon in the saiyan saga was light speed, something even raditz could dodge. Goku by the saiyan saga is bare minimum around 8x that in base since his power is 8000, 5.5x raditz’s power level. That’s not even taking into account that power level increases don’t increase strength in a linear amount and that would realistically be like 15x stronger, also not even talking about the kaio-ken. (Reminder: base saiyan saga goku had a power of 90,000 on arrival and 3,000,000 end of the saga.)
I agree that Goku wins, but Raditz wasn't faster than light at that point. He didn't dodge it, he told piccolo he needs to work on his aim which I assume means piccolo just missed or Raditz moved before it was fired. Namek saga is probably the first example of FTL movement with how Goku was dodging in place
He didn't have the power level of 3 million at the end of the saiyan saga because that would Imply that he's stronger than 2nd form frieza at that point which he isn't Plus I think you meant 9k not 90k
@@stingy7805 I accidentally got the saiyan saga and namek saga confused at the end, his arrival power was 90k and after his ginyu zenkai he was 3,000,000
I'm just going to say this, Goku as a teenager in Dragonball was able to dodge Tiens Solar Flare, an attack that is literally based on light. DB characters have been faster than light since mid DB, as ridiculous as it is.
It’s been shown in the anime that once goku masters a transformation he can do it at will without trying. Since he mastered UI even if thrown into infinite void he could just think about transforming and do it. The volcano dude in the anime was able to think but not move. So goku turns MUI and body’s gojo
And yet everyone forgets that UI is about dodging on instinct. His attacks are him. Now, inside a domain everything the person who owns the domain is a sure hit, so UI doesn’t matter
This strength gap even if Goku did fool around he couldn't lose. Even if he let Infinite Void hit him in base, at the level of UI he has it would automatically activate when it senses danger, he wouldn't need to think.
also one thing to take into account is that Goku has his own form of infinity in terms of his Ki. His Ki creates a natural barrier around him that can protect him. If a power can overtake that barrier he'll take damage, hence why people can tank shots and have no damage to them. But then again that damn laser puts some contention to the argument. It can be debated whether or not Gojo's bare hands can HURT goku even with the barrier down but all in all goku just low diffs him.
"But then again that damn laser puts some contention to the argument." He didn't have the barrier up when the laser shot him, he got cocky and thought he'd already won
Hit vs Goku has it explained that Goku wasn’t only predicting Hit’s moves but forcing himself into the future. This was stated by King Kai. And Kid Buu prior to surprising everyone he learned Instantaneous Movement was going to make it from the Living Realm pass the Afterlife straight to the Kaioshin Realm stupidly fast. The only other alternative would be the vice shout, but people won't admit what it would imply for Kid Buu in-verse. - The anime operates differently from the manga (same case for the movies & games, hence instant transmission dimension) as it would mean Guldo can’t time stop someone like Freeza who is on a different level and power despite it affecting like everything and how that wouldn’t change the trollsy yet prevented speed blitz that is Guldo vs Gohan & Krillin. Each medium is valid in their own way as Toriyama views them as different dimensions that can even affect his own writing decisions to avoid stealing another’s thunder. This is to say that despite the Super manga initially being promotion for the anime, GT being a grand side story, the same way he prevented Towa & Mira from being killed in XV1, he steps in here and there even when he’s not in full control. So there should be no reason to hyperfixate on one reality unless you want to point out differences in form/ability more so than potential power/feats. Funny note: Every version of DB post Buu Saga ends up having Goku as “that guy” even when Gohan is around (including Tarble Special), which is like over 50% of Buuhan power (linearly) bare minimum in spite of something like SSJ3’s power drain. And we all know what Buu was capable of.
That was dub added line, that was never stated in the original dialogue. Now this is an actual argument but if the argument holds true is it consistent with the rest of the series?
@@kawakiuzumaki5934 They say something similar in the Sub “Reading things a few seconds EARLIER.” and in some versions "Predicted a few seconds in Time..." And this is completely distinguished from the Analytical Prediction Goku was performing earlier, because this was King Kai discussing how Goku was moving Mid-Skip with Kaioken versus him Predicting Attacks Pre-Skip. This is especially made clear because King Kai focuses on how doing this can unbind your senses (and in the dub even your mind and energy) from your very body. The implication being Goku either has Precognition so good he moves in skipped/stopped time (Sub) or literally has minor Time Travel (Dub). It’s goofy either way.
@@redreaper9622 They absolutely NEVER IMPLY he himself was moving into the future in the sub lmfao. King kai reiterate that he was just predicting moves. All the mombo jumbo about it being because he was forcing himself into the future is just pure headcanon. While it is an impressive level of precog/prediction it’s not immeasurable speed at all. It’s just being able to counter moves 1/5 of a second into the future. There’s street tier characters with better precog than that in fiction. Just drop that argument. Nice to see db fans eating up though even though it’s just objectively not true and the misconception purely comes from a dub added line.

Tbh It depends whose writing the crossover, if Dragon balls author is writing theres a chance Gojo might win, but if Geges on the writing board Gojos getting beaten the hell out of in the otherworld.
This is the true answer to most "vs": whoever the author wants to win, wins. The ridiculous inconsistencies in speed, power durability etc in (pretty much) every piece of fiction support this. Goku wins no concept of diff. It's not "Goku is likely to win", it's "Goku negs that fodder". Goku is literally 4-5d due to the scaling of the universe 7 macrocosm. He has a higher dimensionality with Gojo so gojo will not be able to interact with goku whatsoever and goku can just erase him with his thought
The way Gojo got unalived tell us so much about who can or cannot beat him. For one, nearly all the stronger casts of Bleach can, every person that can cut space can (i.e. Yami from black clover). So Goku obliviously also beat him.
Good video. I agree overall that goku beats gojo. I don’t buy into the infinite speed thing since i always felt the statement about jiren transcending time was more flowery language than anything. But with the hole gotenks and buu screamed into the time chambers and the broly fight, i feel like infinity sort of gets bypassed anyways. Worst case scenario, goku has to use hakai which i think would bypass infinity. For gojo to win, he’d have to fighting to kill while goku isn’t while assuming that the space breaking feats aren’t enough. All so gojo can land infinite void to paralyze goku and then hollow purple him. Basically you need to give gojo a lot of advantages for him to win here
@@zami8827yeah but that’s while his guard is up. The reason i say gojo hits him with unlimited void first is because that would overload goku’s brain, which means his guard would go down. Which we have seen repeatedly that people with their guards completely down have really bad durability in DB. Goku doesn't need ultra instinct for gojo in personal reference i think gojo would get cought off guard and by gokus speed and it leads to gojo getting one shot by goku in Ssj at most ssj full power
And even if you knocked him out while he's trying to go ui you'd be helping Goku out because he can use the form at peak condition when he's has his thoughts removed from the playing field
@@Timiplier2 Goku doesn't need SSJ to Kill Goku. Even saiyan saga base form Goku would break Gojo's entire body with a single finger hit. The only thing Gojo has it's his ability which wouldn't really affect Goku. Goku currently is a being who is above time and space. His mere existence was enough to shake an infinite realm. You're just comparing two different tier beings.
Instant transmission deals with infinite because it allows Goku to travel to him instantly. Domain expansion clears Goku’s mind basically unlocking Ultra instinct for him which basically defends Goku even if he isn’t conscious. Goku was hit with destruction energy before and was able to survive so I guess that might deal with purple?
Goku in the manga has godly ki in himself passively. Also he has a version of Ultra Instinct passively aswell. This means, infinity would toast his brain my his body would still slaughter Gojo. If Gojo doesn’t open the fight with Domain Expansion, then Gojo gets one-punched by Goku.
@@ohmyoof3pizzaman205 Cooler has instant transmission and he used it to counter Goku. Not necessary blitzing him. As for Granolah is ripoff sharingan let him see Goku as soon as he rematerialized and he attacked Goku the instant after he teleported
If Gojo’s unlimited void messes with the brain it’s possible it might not work on Goku because their are times where attacks that hurt the brain didn’t work on goku because goku has trained his mind not as much as his body but he has trained his soul and mind so that weak mental attack’s won’t work on him. Also in dragon ball their are many times where if your much more powerful then the opponent hax doesn’t work on them. For example when Vegito was fighting Buuhan Buuhan turned Vegito into candy but it didn’t work.
Unlimited Void wouldn’t detect Goku because Goku doesn’t have cursed energy, its a plot device, he’s pure of heart (doesn’t get rejected by nimbus cloud), it would be like toji (and another scenario I won’t spoil) with heavenly restriction, sure hit domains won’t detect them.

It was in the prophecy for the first super saiyan, and the first super saiyan god, it’s what enables him to ride the flying nimbus, if you’re not pure of heart, you’d be rejected by it. It’s how goku can use the spirit bomb without getting consumed/obliterated, you call for all living things and they’ll lend you their energy, and as long as you’re good you will not be vanquished by it. Something to consider is that Goku can move things with his mind, so he can bring telekinesis into play against Gojo to bypass infinity. He's a telepath as well, though he's never weaponised it. And we've seen the Z Fighters shrug off mental probes and mind control before. It would be interesting to see how he handles Gojo's domain expansion.

I just wanted to point out that when hit froze jiren, it was said that hit was constantly applying his time skip technique to jiren. Due to this, there were gaps in the technique which jiren could move in due to his speed. Hit had to constantly stop jirens time every so often, he didnt freeze him in time entirely.
Basically, this is just a war of attrition as due to this, I don't believe goku has infinite speed and gojo still uses cursed energy with every use of infinity, the amount is just very minuscule. Finally infinity works by constantly adding space (not altering the space directly) between the target and gojo, so if goku did break space to hit gojo, it still wouldn't land as space is constantly extending around gojo, it's basically you teleporting to a location and all of a sudden the location is further away.
Bro hit stopped time. It was never stated there were gaps. He was just strengthening it with his energy. The fact Vados and Supreme kai said he transcends time heavily supports this. Although I don't agree it's infinite speed yet I'd say it's immeasurable or inaccessible
For Infinite Void, it overloads the enemy with infinite formation. But someone who can perceive information in no time, could also perceive infinite information in finite time or less. So you could use this or even others that Infinite Void wouldn't work on Goku, cause the information being poured into him(even if all at the same time) would still give him more than enough time to take it all in. Due to his perception being constantly greater than his speed. And perception is a form of your brain analyzing information.
@@bgm3999 He has many many infinite plus feats, and infinity was even a measurement used for them in the DKP Saga. This isn't anything new to DB. But no matter where you scale Goku it'll always be inconsistent. This is a flaw caused by the many writers working on the same story mixed with Toriyama's very forgetful nature. You can get him to MFTL+ but there are many many more outlayers of him maxing out at speeds beyond any finite level. Doesn't the infinite space thing get countered by instant transmission? Its teleport so ignores the space between. Even if you go by the movies which are all non canon, it moves the user via entering a different reality so it still gets around the infinite space
Now, I haven't read the mangas, my logic is based entirely on the anime, but I think there's a major disconnect a lot of people are having about the relation between UI and Infinite Void. Infinite void isn't JUST a mental overload. Jogo actually specifies in his mind that the information is never complete, so he can't act on anything he sees or hears. UI relies on automatically processing the information around the body to act and react without any conscious thought behind it. Now whether or not Gojo could even snag Goku in his Domain to begin with is something I won't bother debating, but if he succeeded the more likely outcome isn't Infinite Void not affecting him and UI, it would be UI flipping the fuck out over the insane amount of incomplete information, constantly going from one reaction to another. He'd be like a bugged GMod ragdoll.
I think there are 2 ways this doesnt "save" Gojo from Goku 1. UI Goku having kneejerk reaction to every incomplete thing Infinite Void throws at him will literally kill Gojo, as each one of hes blows is so far above hes paygrade the literal wind will end him. 2. UI doesnt use the info infinite void provides, its not sight, feeling, taste, hearing etc, as dragon ball fights have shown they go far beyond the speed of light or sound most of the time fighter are going at it using Ki sense disrupting this completely messes with a fighter like Gohan displayed against obuni messing with hes own Ki to affect gohans perception of hes position. Gojo not using "Ki" for hes cursed techniques might produce and infinite void that cant "fake" infinite Ki signatures leading to UI only reacting to real Gojo (as all living beings have SOME ki) while conscious Goku is having a seizure so he brings the smack down on Gojo while "unconscious"
unlimited void is a sure hit domains, sure hit domains in Jujutsu Kaisen require their target to have Cursed Energy, or else they’re rendered an inanimate object. Goku is pure of heart, and wouldn’t be considered a target for the sure hit domain, because he wouldn’t have cursed energy. Ultra Instinct is the complete automation/reliance of a fighter’s instincts, relying on nothing but the pure unconscious fighting prowess of the individual, it separates their consciousness and relies solely on ‘instinct’. But for the reason described, Unlimited Void wouldn’t hit Goku, unless Gojo were to change his domain properties, but then there’d be another clause/condition
people debating why hollow purple didnt kill sukuna, personally i think you can defend against it with enough cursed energy protecting you. gojo used it against both hanami & sukuna and they both survived. the one who didn't survive was toji, coincidentally the one without any cursed energy
Still doesn’t matter considering hakai is a destruction technique that not only erases ur matter but also ur soul and goku in the anime tanked it in his base and then vegeta overcame hakai later in the T.O.P
The argument for Gojo is he uses his domain exspantion and wins, but the problem is that this would mean that he knows what Goku could do, but if it is a fair fight then Goku would know what Gojo could do as well and Goku would use ultra instinct witch would make it an easy win for Goku
hahahah goku only got hit by a laser because he took his durability power down we humans could do same if we would be punch but we would actually want to be hurt it would but if we got punched with the same force but we want to tolerate the pain it would hurt us but not as painful as the first
Jiren also has so much control over power that he redirected a power bomb with his eye balls. If anyone uses their brain whether who’s says something or not we can come to the mentally sane conclusion that Jiren simply manipulated time himself. Plus his extreme power over controlling ki would put him way above someone like hit and his abilities. Also you can break time but you can’t break infinity
Limitless/Infinity: Goku surpassed Hit's time skip in Super Saiyan Blue Kioken form, so that would mean Goku>time, so Goku basically has 4D feats as he surpassed time, and he has Instant Transmission which allows him to travel infite distances until he can sense his opponent's energy. Goku can basically punch through reality. Gojo's limitless allows him to create an Infinite 3D space between him and his opponent. Goku's feats allow him to reach infinite speed, which means he can just punch though Gojo's limitless. Hollow purple: This allows Gojo to erase matter so it would seem that he can kill Goku. However, it's shown in anime that Goku survived a Hakai attack, which vaporises anything from existence. He would've overcome this if Beerus didn't interfere. Hakai is much stronger than Hollow Purple, so Goku can survive it easily. Infinite Void(Gojo's Domain): Goku's Ultra Instinct is a technique that allows his body to move on its own. Now, people think Goku actually needs to "go" UI before Gojo activates his domain, otherwise Goku will die. That's not true, and here's how: In the Dragon Ball Super anime, in the early episodes, we see that as Goku was fighting Beerus with SSJ3. When Beerus was about to attack Goku, Goku's body moved back on its own. If this didn't happen then Goku would probably be killed.Beerus said that Goku's instinct saved him. This means that Ultra Instinct can also activate in dire situations such as when Goku's life is in danger. So when Goku's life will be threatened in Gojo's domain, Ultra Instinct will activate and Goku will be able to dodge any attack, as he has more speed. Gojo won't be able to land a single hit on Goku so his domain will basically be pointless.
If your confused on how hollow purple works you can look up death battle Gojo vs Makima, they do a good job of explaining Gojo's abilities. But to put it out there hollow purple applies the concept of zero to the person or object (made up of matter) theoretically erasing them. The people on the death battle channel can can do a better job of explaining it than I can, so I recommend checking them out.
In the Granola arc, Goku went ultra instinct almost instantly when Granola blasts at him, so I think if Gojo uses infinite void, it would just trigger ultra instinct
I see it as goku deflect gojos hollow purple back into gojo, and if gojo opens his domain, Goku would shatter the domain and infinity wouldnt work on a character with no cursed energy. Plus goku has hax negation / Curse resistance.
Not related to the fight, but me and my friend were having this argument a while back and got caught up when my friend asked what would happen if goku tried to instant transmission to gojo. Like would he just disappear into the back rooms because of gojos infinity or would instant transmission fail or whatever? It was something that we mulled over for a while, but I personally think goku would not to be able to instant transmission to gojo or even sense him to try it since gojos ki probably doesn’t leak out either (also due to infinity)
It's a really interesting question. I think it's very debatable, depending on how you view these abilities. Spatial manipulation powers interacting always makes for some wonky moments in a fight
Infinity is infinite spaces which are equally infinite in size packed into one small “barrier” so if he did try to teleport into infinity he’d get crushed
if Goku had infinite speed he wouldn't need instant transmission and in the Granolah arc characters that are massively stronger than Tournament of Power Goku need instant movement/transmission/Teleportation to move to a place in 0 time like gas and granolah. if gas had infinite speed he wouldn't need to use instant transmission in a fight.
That infinite speed scaling doesnt apply to the manga, because the reasoning for overcoming Hit's abilities are different. The anime has much better feats overall tbh
goku wins because ", Space-Time Manipulation & Portal Creation (At this level of power he can create dimensional rifts and destroy space-time and pocket dimensions with his energy)." vs battle wiki. "Space-Time Manipulation (Was able to destroy Hit's pocket dimension)" and also destroying the U7 macrocosm means he can destroy infinite space.
Goku was traveling across the universe and used his experience in teleporting to goad gas into chasing him. At that point in the fight gas was heavily reliant on teleportation since it made all his attacks harder to counter or react to.
Thank you, someone gets it. He's a multi city block lvl character at best. AND there is a limit to how much he can amp his CT. Meaning he can't stop/block projectiles coming at him with more speed and power. Every character in JJK has a maximum output to their respective CTs, Gojo's just is relatively (compared to the trash that is 98% of the jjk verse) much higher due to his efficiency with cursed energy due to six eyes. That's it. His brain, even if it is trained to subconsciously identify projectiles and block them, can only keep up as much as Gojo can. If he gets hit with something faster than what he / his brain can comprehend, Infinity ain't even turning on you morons.

@@divineroadrunner While I technically agree with your perspective - why would true UI be Goku's base form?

This is kinda invalid considering we know dimensions in Dragon ball are worded differently even though it seems to operate in a completely different way. The easiest way to make an argument against infinity is Goku's macrocosm scaling and the fact he surpassed the realm of 3d (clashing with beerus couldve destroyed the universe including the dimensions of hell and the otherworld) and now Goku is thousands of time stronger (Moro arc TUI Goku >>> ToP SSB Goku >>>> RoF SSB Goku > BoG SSG Goku (in RoF, goku is AT LEAST 50x stronger than the SSG Goku who threatened the universe, and this is assumed he didnt train AT ALL))

Piccolos special beam cannon in the saiyan saga was light speed, something even raditz could dodge.

The anime operates differently from the manga (same case for the movies & games, hence instant transmission dimension) as it would mean Guldo can’t time stop someone like Freeza who is on a different level and power despite it affecting like everything and how that wouldn’t change the trollsy yet prevented speed blitz that is Guldo vs Gohan & Krillin.

“Reading things a few seconds EARLIER.” and in some versions "Predicted a few seconds in Time..."
And this is completely distinguished from the Analytical Prediction Goku was performing earlier, because this was King Kai discussing how Goku was moving Mid-Skip with Kaioken versus him Predicting Attacks Pre-Skip. This is especially made clear because King Kai focuses on how doing this can unbind your senses (and in the dub even your mind and energy) from your very body.

I'm guessing you literally only read the first line and not where I go over how it's also potentially stupidly impressive Precog? Since, you know, that's in the comment? Further-No, King Kai literally was only referring to the actions Goku took within the Kaioken. Meaning whatever Goku was doing to predict with the Kaioken is not the same as the normal predictions he was making before. Which, y'know, makes a relative amount of sense when you consider Goku's been predicting attack patterns since OG Dragon Ball.

This is the true answer to most "vs": whoever the author wants to win, wins. The ridiculous inconsistencies in speed, power durability etc in (pretty much) every piece of fiction support this. Ngl that's a awesome thumbnail😎

Gojos domain expansion doesn’t work on people if they don’t have cursed energy so yes goku would win

I think there are 2 ways this doesnt "save" Gojo from Goku
But for the reason described, Unlimited Void wouldn’t hit Goku, unless Gojo were to change his domain properties, but then there’d be another clause/condition
as a jjk fan yamcha is overkill
people debating why hollow purple didnt kill sukuna, personally i think you can defend against it with enough cursed energy protecting you. gojo used it against both hanami & sukuna and they both survived. the one who didn't survive was toji, coincidentally the one without any cursed energy
it's stated that sukuna used domain amplification to nullfiy the effects of blue and red so he probably did the same with purple
Still doesn’t matter considering hakai is a destruction technique that not only erases ur matter but also ur soul and goku in the anime tanked it in his base and then vegeta overcame hakai later in the T.O.P
@@mynixity59not the actual TECHNIQUE just the ki version so that only half counts bc beerus perfect hakai would delete goku
13:33 Does goku need to destroy a earth cs he could just destroy a city or continent cs nappa did it pretty well and i doubt gojo can survive that
Well if goku just blows up the earth gojo wouldnt surivve, although goku wouldn't do this. goku sitll wins even without doing this.
Limitless/Infinity:
Goku surpassed Hit's time skip in Super Saiyan Blue Kioken form, so that would mean Goku>time, so Goku basically has 4D feats as he surpassed time, and he has Instant Transmission which allows him to travel infite distances until he can sense his opponent's energy. Goku can basically punch through reality. Gojo's limitless allows him to create an Infinite 3D space between him and his opponent. Goku's feats allow him to reach infinite speed, which means he can just punch though Gojo's limitless.
Hollow purple:
This allows Gojo to erase matter so it would seem that he can kill Goku. However, it's shown in anime that Goku survived a Hakai attack, which vaporises anything from existence. He would've overcome this if Beerus didn't interfere. Hakai is much stronger than Hollow Purple, so Goku can survive it easily.
Infinite Void(Gojo's Domain):
Goku's Ultra Instinct is a technique that allows his body to move on its own.
Mate, realistically Gojo cant even touch Goku to begin with.
Domains can't even effect people who don't have ce it's literally in the manga stated when maki fights cursed spirit naoyo
@@wnd-ix3gw that doesnt apply to every domain, gojos domain can affect regular people in the shibuya arc
@@valhallaking06regular people have cursed energy, maki and toji are the only exceptions
@@totaldummy308he wouldn't.
Goku can just tear through space.
@@cmon9505 it does not matter if he can or can’t because the moment he teleports in he will get crushed with no time to react at all
if Goku had infinite speed he wouldn't need instant transmission and in the Granolah arc characters that are massively stronger than Tournament of Power Goku need instant movement/transmission/Teleportation to move to a place in 0 time like gas and granolah. if gas had infinite speed he wouldn't need to use instant transmission in a fight.
I guess in the long run, we agree. So, cool
The problem is Anime Goku is different from Manga Goku. especially in power and speed
Goku was traveling across the universe and used his experience in teleporting to goad gas into chasing him. At that point in the fight gas was heavily reliant on teleportation since it made all his attacks harder to counter or react to.
Even without his crazy strong power, even Master Roshi could slam Gojo
