I’m down in Eagles Country (Southern NJ right across the Walt Whitman Bridge from South Philly and the Philadelphia Sports Complex)… But I’m a Niners fan, so you and I have a shared hatred for the Seagulls and its 🚮 fan base! Love your channel and what you do! Anytime SF comes to Jersey- whether vs the GMen or the Jets, I drive up to The Meadowlands. Love to link at a Tailgate or in the Stadium at Halftime. Next time my Niners play at MetLife, I’m proposing to my lady…. Since our first date was the SF vs NYG game a few years back.

@@johnny33long it’s not in the end of a scale from normal to freak athlete, But it’s a dramatically better test of strength and endurance than doing body weight. Once you’re pressing double for that amount, pretty crazy. And that’s not 1.5x sir, you need another 22.7 pounds on there, call it 250 for 20 reps. And actual reps, not drop to chest instantly and bounce it back up. 1-3 second eccentric and explode back up, no bounce.

Darren is a legend. I played at the same little league and high school. I'm impressed you said everything about the FCCJC Little League rules. It's true. They had a mercy rule: if you were up by 40, the game was over, and not only did they make him run tackle to tackle, but they limited the amount of touches per game he had. His story is just that it's about limits. Everyone put limitations on him, but he refused to accept them and instead used all that doubt to fuel him. Excellent life lessons can be learned from this humble man. Awesome, awesome video. Sorry for the rant really I just wanted to say how great you did with the video and thanks for showcasing this awesome human being.

I couldn’t believe he played 15 seasons in the NFL with different teams. He was indeed a force to be reckoned with! Known for his incredible agility and versatility, he made a significant impact as a running back and return specialist. Over his career, he accumulated 3,552 rushing yards, 4,840 receiving yards, and 23 touchdowns. Being a small RB is a huge advantage in football. Harder to tackle and can run through smaller holes in the line. It's not all about trucking through the lines. It's about speed and avoiding tackles. I think the recruits really don't understand the physical nature of football sometimes.
