This makes so much sense. In the past few years, I’ve suffered from my feet, also from my liver. I see now how both problems are related. Thanks for the video.
I had fungus on one of my toenails for over a decade. I recently started drinking an apple cider vinegar 2 to 3 times a day with lemon. It is now completely gone and that’s the only thing that had changed about my diet.
Every winter I suffer from painful cracks in my heals and often hands as well. I always put it down to low humidity and dehydration drinking more water and using topical creams never solved it. I came across this video two weeks ago - very timely since I had a large painful crack on one heal at the time - and took some of the advice in it. Two weeks later and my heals are almost back to normal. It amazes me that a small diet change or addition can solve something I’ve had a problem with for years. It seems proper food really is medicine. Thanks for the advice.
Amazing summary! Keep up the good work Eric. I can relate to many of these problems; I'm lucky to have caught it and am actively reversing the liver damage I have done. Thanks
I've been experiencing intense foot pain since the past month or two. Recently diagnosed by plantar fasciitis. Now I know where to focus and reverse the condition. Thank you for this yet another informative video.
Itchy feet can also be the beginning of an allergic reaction to the substance PPD used in dark hair dye. That is how it started for me. Then developed into horrendous eczema on my hands and feet, working up my legs and arms.
And this is exactly why it is ALWAYS recommended to do a patch test, 24-hours in advance, whenever using a new hair-colouring/chemical service product.
@rezthevampireslayer PPD is an abbreviation for Para-phenylenediamine. It is also called by other names. You may want to research it to find what they are. My allergist told me I have to be careful with dark clothing, as it often has PPD in it. She said if the dark garment bleeds its dye in water, it has PPD in it. Strangely enough, I did not break out with the eczema anywhere on my scalp, neck or face. My doctor explained it entered my blood stream and then caused the severe eczema on the hands and feet. I researched PPD after learning from a Chemical Allergy Patch Test that I am highly allergic to it. One source said a main way an allergic reaction shows up is eczema on the hands and feet.
Grateful. Divine timing. Sending to my dad because I’ve always tended to his feet as a young girl. It’s where I got my nurturing & brave qualities. Anyways, he’s always had issues with his feet and fungal issues so if you could make an entire video on just solutions, that would also be so very helpful! Thanks again for spreading knowledge in a time of sensitive censorship. We genuinely appreciate you ❤
I was diagnosed with jaundice in my early 10th class and it really ruined my life. your body gives you sign before something big, pay attention to that. It was near death in my case according to doctors. I was constantly vomiting even though there was nothing in my stomach. And they said my eyes were very yellowish. SGPT SGOT were very high and bilrubin was unacceptably high (I think 17, I don't remember now, don't even know the range) and it took me years recovering from that, first thing I noticed were my energy levels were very low, I became very lazy. It does something bad to your memory, you realise it after sometime. Mental focus was very bad after that. I mean I wanted to do things but it's like my body won't let me. All I'm saying is pay attention to your health, that's all what matters. You'll know it when you suffer from something like this. They said it was like a miracle that I was alive. So don't let yourself get into that position because you'll never be the same again. I lost my normal appetite since then and it took me like 10+ years to recover from that (never like before though)
I did have brown, cracked knees. Also my knees. Tried every cream. I was starving myself fat and sick on 1200 low fat, high fibre calories a day. No sugar. Lots of flax. Switch to low carb about 14 years ago and both issues went away. Took about a year.
Tea tree is fantastic for all sorts of foot things. Even just maintaining an already healthy foot. Keeps your shoes nice and fresh too. Little bit goes a long way and it's relatively cheep in organic form.
I had bad foot itching at night, drive me crazy. Had emergency gallbladder surgery shortly after. Itchy feet gone !! Gallbladder causes foot and stomach issues.
@victorian4968 the gallbladder itself does not cause those issues. It is the buildup of stones and sludge that causes a whole slew of issues and inflammation.
You are a lifesaver. I had my first gallstone removed which I never had gallstones before. It was 1cm and they also widened my bile duct which was narrow and after a successful non surgical procedure I'm keeping my gallbladder AT ALL COST! Im only in my 30s and will not relent!

I dont have most of these symptoms, BUT I have poor circulation to my big toe and I feel a pot belly coming even though I exercise 5 times a week. Dry Jan for me! And a lifestyle change as I feel my liver is struggling. Thanks again Berg ✌🏻🇬🇧
Quit the seed oils, all sugar, refined carbs, alcohol and do intermittent fasting. Check the labels because seed oils are in everything. Don't eat any processed foods, most have the refined carbs, bad oils and sugar in one shot. Once you cleaned all that out you will feel great, while cleansing your body will be slightly sick for a week. Use electrolytes to help get through the ketovores flu. You work out so your stomach will go 6 pack abs with these changes.
I used a Rx paiint on for nail fungus. 1.5 years - no help. Stopped that and alternated Tea Tree Oil and Oregano oil (pure essential oils). Over some months, it seemed to help, then I began to notice the new, clean nail was growing out. It' getting really close to being totally grown out. ❤
Unknowningly, I developed eczema when I was afraid of being diabetic (my grandma has the history) so I cut down my sugar intake and tried fasting 18-20 hours with 6 hour window but I was heavy on soy consumption - I love everything soy; soy milk, fermented beans, tofu, tempeh. I'd chug down a liter of soy milk in one sitting and drink some more before eating my meal. I'm not fat, I just have big appetite. (well, used to be fat). I notice that the more soy and carbohydrate based food I take, my eczema would flare up. I only first started having eczema on my hands this year and after 6+ months struggling with it, having to wrap my hand in a glove all day to keep the moisture in, my skin slowly started to heal. In the meantime, my feet started showing symptoms of the same condition. This happened since last year, where my feet was cracking and extremely dry that I couldn't wear any footwear except those soft bedroom slippers. It's almost like a pattern I'm seeing, whenever my feet slowly heal, my hand start showing the same symptoms and vice versa. That could only mean a few things and considering that I had to take a medication for liver issues back when I was in middle school, I know the culprit is my liver not doing its job properly. Time to be more concious about my diet. I never once thought I'd be having eczema. Looking back, I shouldn't be such a germaphobe and constantly washing my hands and feet excessively throughout the day. Whenever I touch something, I had to wash my hands with anti bacterial soap that's essentially contributed to the extreme dryness of my skin leading up to the condition. Food intake, sleeping schedule & stress level have tremendous factors in it as well. Clean freak was an understatement to describe who I was before my depression started kicking in hard a few years ago. Thank you very much for the insightful information, Dr. Berg. You're the best.
For hot feet or cold feet, raise them above head before bed to take the load of the cardiovascular system as it’s already struggling because of this, will help w/sleep too
My heel suddenly dried up 7 years ago. Nothing worked. I watched this video a month ago and started taking Vitamin B complex. I cannot believe it. My heels, skin, my mood swings are all getting better. I have never took a break or vacation for 8 years. I needed help but I didn't know how I could help myself. Thank you, Eric. Your videos really helped me.
I've had these brown spots on my lower legs for over 12 years. The Dr's said that it was caused by the heater under my desk. I told them that couldn't be because I don't have a desk or a heater. First Dr's brought in a second then a third Dr and they all said the same thing. So never got any answers and still have these Brown red spots on my lower legs. And also no hair growth on my lower legs. Gallbladder removed in 2002. Hopefully, it's not too late for my liver.
Dr.Berg Thank you for all your hard work. If it is possible for you please leave a summary of the content for those who are not fully fluent in english like me.your knowledge in medical science is amazing. Thank you so much
Itchy skin links to bile sludge. Interesting. I've used the symptom to gauge whether diet choices are bad or good since the itch will be worse or better. This narrows the issue down to the fat component of diet choices. Time to re-watch Dr.B.'s video on bile sludge.
Normal aging: Many people develop vertical ridges on their nails as they get older. These lines aren't dangerous. however, Skin conditions: If you have very dry skin or eczema, you may have vertical lines on your nails. Thyroid disease: If you have hypothyroidism, you may have thick, brittle nails with vertical ridges.
I've had some red spots on the sides of my feet, sometimes they were itchy. I wash my feet daily and keep them dry. So the problem must have been elsewhere. When I started to take QUERCETIN, the spots disappered until next day. 😊
@@shahabalam3348 I don't know what to tell you more. I take quercetin 500mg when this spots appear, and after only one dose, until next day, the spots disappear. I take quercetin only occasionally, only when they appear. Maybe one time a month. Since I take quercetin, the spots appear very rare, that's why I take quercetin so rare.

This makes so much sense. In the past few years, I’ve suffered from my feet, also from my liver. I see now how both problems are related. Thanks for the video.
Now its okk or not
Thank you Dr. Berg for another amazing video. May God blessed you and your family.
I had fungus on one of my toenails for over a decade. I recently started drinking an apple cider vinegar 2 to 3 times a day with lemon. It is now completely gone and that’s the only thing that had changed about my diet.
How much of each?
@@michellepascale2934 about 8 ounces of water, half of the lemon and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
@blahroseyrose how long did it take? And did you have one glass everyday?
@zakdee2732 She did say she did that 3 × 2day. But yes, I would also like to know how long did that take!
By the time I finished a 32 ounce bottle that I bought from Whole Foods I would say it was about a month.
I suffered some of these symptoms but by Dr Berg's advised I'm feeling better now. I'm so blessed because of Dr. Berg.☺️❤️👍
I’m experiencing some too,I’m very worried 😟
Every winter I suffer from painful cracks in my heals and often hands as well. I always put it down to low humidity and dehydration drinking more water and using topical creams never solved it. I came across this video two weeks ago - very timely since I had a large painful crack on one heal at the time - and took some of the advice in it. Two weeks later and my heals are almost back to normal. It amazes me that a small diet change or addition can solve something I’ve had a problem with for years.
It seems proper food really is medicine. Thanks for the advice.
I had cracked heels too and didn't know why, i thought it was callous from too much walking
Amazing summary! Keep up the good work Eric. I can relate to many of these problems; I'm lucky to have caught it and am actively reversing the liver damage I have done. Thanks
Wow! I wish I knew all of this 40 years ago!!
I wish I knew about the destruction of sugar and fruitcose corn syrup as a child.
I've been experiencing intense foot pain since the past month or two. Recently diagnosed by plantar fasciitis. Now I know where to focus and reverse the condition. Thank you for this yet another informative video.
Hows the progress?
Itchy feet can also be the beginning of an allergic reaction to the substance PPD used in dark hair dye. That is how it started for me. Then developed into horrendous eczema on my hands and feet, working up my legs and arms.
And this is exactly why it is ALWAYS recommended to do a patch test, 24-hours in advance, whenever using a new hair-colouring/chemical service product.
Hair dyes also sometimes linked to lymphomas….
@rezthevampireslayer most hair dyes are toxic. Hair stylists have very high rates of cancer.
Don't use typical steroids if you do google typical steroids withdrawal it might be candida overgrowth too
Dr. Berg, The Liver Whisperer. Thanks for this video! I have self induced liver problems that I hope to fix with your info.
How are you doing now???
Periodically, put 1/2 teaspoon of ground up Borax in each of your shoes. It really helps to keep down fungus and shoe odor. Works great.
I did have brown, cracked knees. Also my knees. Tried every cream.
I was starving myself fat and sick on 1200 low fat, high fibre calories a day. No sugar. Lots of flax.
Switch to low carb about 14 years ago and both issues went away. Took about a year.
Thank you for educating people. God bless you ❤

Tea tree is fantastic for all sorts of foot things. Even just maintaining an already healthy foot. Keeps your shoes nice and fresh too. Little bit goes a long way and it's relatively cheep in organic form.
I have gallbladder problems. Had no idea that could be linked to my feet! Makes Total sense though!
theres a lot of cables and wires in our body...its very complicated, much more complex than the best computers on earth!
I'm having these problems with my feet and legs. My itchy feet is absolutely driving me crazy. Thanks Doc. ❤
You're most welcome!
You are a lifesaver. I had my first gallstone removed which I never had gallstones before. It was 1cm and they also widened my bile duct which was narrow and after a successful non surgical procedure I'm keeping my gallbladder AT ALL COST! Im only in my 30s and will not relent!

And keep those videos coming

I dont have most of these symptoms, BUT I have poor circulation to my big toe and I feel a pot belly coming even though I exercise 5 times a week. Dry Jan for me! And a lifestyle change as I feel my liver is struggling. Thanks again Berg ✌🏻🇬🇧
If you have a pot belly you're probably eating too much carbs and sugar.

I had toenail fungus for about 20 years. Started using oregano oil. The new nail that is growing in looks fungus free. It’s awesome.
TY Dr Berg! You have a great style of presenting material.
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching!
Very educational and easy to understand! Thank you
Most welcome! Glad you found it informative!

Hi...what Vitamin B complex did you take? Thanks!

Yes dry nails alone can also caus ridges. Especially from damage from nail polish etc.
I assure you that is NOT normal.
However many people have conditions that cause this defect.
Thanks....Great information for benefit of humanity..You are a gem of a Doctor....keep it up...God Bless You..........
You're welcome! It's great that you found the information helpful.
I've had some red spots on the sides of my feet, sometimes they were itchy.
I wash my feet daily and keep them dry. So the problem must have been elsewhere.
When I started to take QUERCETIN, the spots disappered until next day. 😊
Can you tell me more about quecertin ? I have these spots too
@@shahabalam3348 I don't know what to tell you more. I take quercetin 500mg when this spots appear, and after only one dose, until next day, the spots disappear.
I take quercetin only occasionally, only when they appear. Maybe one time a month. Since I take quercetin, the spots appear very rare, that's why I take quercetin so rare.

I don't like the B roll pics that are used because most of the time they are not even relevant. Look at the pics of the "red spots" on the leg....the pic showed a leg with red bumps on the hair folicle from shaving. Just google the pics yourself because they probably will continue to use B roll pictures.
