Hi there, im the guy who made the voice effect for german Cyn. The reason why Cyn sounds like Glados in the german dub is because Cyn uses the same technique of voice effect as the original Glados. And for the "Hi N" yeah it was made like a Turret. And no, its not ai made and its not voiced by the original Glados VA, it was voiced by the talented german voice actress Lara Schmidt.
BRO you are a legend, though I wonder how did you compel glados to not kill you with deadly neurotoxin (you dont need to answer that) but anyways you did a GREAT job since the sound effects make it sound creepier at times

2:16 The callback ping sounds so harmonious but also like something that would sound in my nightmares as a child (I’d have nightmares where I’d hear loud and/or scary music or sounds and wherever I’d go they’d follow and I couldn’t escape and I’d always have a feeling of impending doom, weird and scary stuff)
Damn bud! I love Cyn's voice in the German dub so much! Literally, her voice sounds so distant and...melodic at the same time. When she says "Callbackpig" or "Let me in" it almost sounds like a distant melody, like she's singing! It's scary and at the same time beautiful to hear. It makes her look graceful in her killing spree. Something I love in a Villain!
Imo, the "let me in" scene works better in English. I feel like she sounds too robotic in this one and that actually takes AWAY from the scare for me. But the german dub overall still sounds super good. It's neat to see the differences the dubs do in voices

In the Turkish translation (because why not) Cyn says "You're screwed, V" or if we translated literally (which I love translating literally) "you sunk it, V" some terms just sound weird when you translate them literally from another language, for example in the Turkish dub (again) Uzi says "lick your palm" Instead of "bite me" Which basically means something like "you ain't getting anything/you can't get what you want/all you can do is eat whatever left in your hand" Which I've never analyzed it like that before
