For anyone using a 6 inch, I recommend using 12 Oreos and 30g of melted butter for the crust, and then keeping the filling measurements the same as the description. If you're using a 7 inch pan, just follow the recipe exactly and it'll turn out great!

Actually, caster sugar isn't powdered sugar. It's more granulated than powdered sugar, but not as granulated as normal sugar, so it's like an in between. Sorry if I misinterpreted anything.

@@EasyPeasyPan I used the exact same. I have been mixing it for a really long time and it won't thicken. I freezed it for 3 hours and now I left it in the chill compartment of the fridge.
Ah same problem with me everytime I do a no bake cheesecake. The batter is not thick and just liquidy. I use a regular whisk because I don't have an electric mixer.

Hi! I use medium-high speed. For the whipping cream and sugar, beat it until the whipping cream thickens and sturdy. If it is still liquidy, you need to mix it more. And after adding the cream cheese, mix it until it is combined, doesn't need to be too long :)
