The Excel numbers and your interpretation of them are a bit misleading. They aren't showing the gold per run. You get 2 - 3 chests which contains gold per run, but the numbers are showing it as if you only got 1 chest per run. I think the reason the author of the Excel did this was to find a way to compare like for like between the different floors, but the figures need to be understood. So your average gold per stamina is between 2-3 times the number you see in the Excel.
