I've lived in Webster for 13 years. It's an excellent community. I love living here.
The title of this video should be “Top 10 cities in St. Louis Metro”. Saying 10 neighborhoods of St. Louis implies that the neighborhoods would actually be in the city of St. Louis
good video, thank you for the information
Of course! I'm wanting to get back and creating more great and helpful videos! Just been focusing on other aspects of my business. But, always here if you ever need help finding your next home!
Dude. It took you almost 5 minutes to get to the first top pick. Please, consider shortening your intro and stop repeating yourself. I share this with all due respect as a kind word of advice.
^second this, intro was 4 mins long
Thank you!
Enjoyed your description of STL neighborhoods! I was born in U City, raised in Creve Coeur/Chesterfield, went to Fernwood Elementary, Parkway Central and Webster University, rented apartments in Lafayette Square, Kirkwood and Maryland Heights. I moved to Chicago in 1978 so a lot has changed. You might be interested to know my parents bought their 2400SF, 5BR home in 1963 for $28K and sold it in 1989 for $145K. Everyone thought they were crazy to buy in a corn field and said there will never be anything west of 270.
I moved to Webster Groves 3 yrs ago and I agree with you-beautiful, walkable, easy access to anywhere in the city or county, and it’s very safe ❤
Easily summed up with the (still debatable) words of Mr. Greeley, "Go west, young man!"
I love Maryland Heights and wish I could move there.
I live there! 9/10 would recommend.
Great info!!
Thanks for the video
These are all suburbs - none of them are actually neighborhoods in St. Louis. I grew up in Webster Groves and currently live in Tower Grove South (south St. Louis City)!
I have another video that talks about city neighborhoods specifically. Tower Grove South is SUCH a fun area!! My favorite restaurant is is the vine!
We really don’t care how long it took you to get married or your party or any of that stuff we’re interested in moving to Missouri and so we’re gonna keep going and find somebody that’s a little more
this guy is not the only one who just wants to be a movie star. He probably wont actually talk to anyone or help anyone.
What about north county? North west county?
What about Afton, Mo. ??
Great video but these aren't in St Louis, these are suburbs.
Yeah this is a disappointment. That being said I would consider kirkwood/Webster/Clayton/Richmond heights as being in STL even though they aren’t technically in stl. I grew up in this general area and I identified far more with the city than with the county
honestly I'd agree with you, and I'd include University City tbh. Culturally they are STL through and through.
@@danielhumphrey3836as someone who grew up in Kirkwood and currently lives in the city, the dynamic and culture of the two are quite different
Best neighborhood is east Walnut. Hands down
If you live in Richmond Heights your kids will not go to Clayton schools....
Buying a house in Maryland Heights was easy, selling it turned into a NIGHTMARE for my family. The city went after us for "code violations" that had existed in the house for probably decades and were ignored when the previous sold the house. Stay away from Maryland Heights.
Webster kirkwood aka people with money
So far I think your nuts…I’m a north “ north” Florissant… and am completely satisfied.. go spend your bucks.. can you say he wants a pay back…
St Louis Missouri is my hometown and I have family members that are over in Illinois hopefully one they all can escape Illinois.
The best part of St Louis is Wildwood if you had to live in St Louis.
Overall St Louis is terrible
Taxes
Crime
Violence
The City is a tumor
The F•••••g St Louis media is a••••••s
KMOV CBS affiliate and KDSK NBC affiliate are big time criminals
The people in the entire St Louis region votes blue 😔
The best thing I like about St Louis i'm 400 hundred miles away from St Louis out of St Louis airwaves to hear the St Louis news TV and radio
Dexter 🧔👋
If you like bs come to stl. South county north county both shit so unless you make 6 figures a year you wont be living nice here
Less talking more pictures.
Why would anybody be interested in moving to St. Louis? It’s a very crime ridden city.
The places listed are in St. Louis county (Clayton, Maryland Heights, Creve Coeur, etc) not the city. Quite different places.
u probably don’t even live here lmao
