If you wondered about lottie's medication it's actually loxapine, which is antipsychotic medication used primarily in the treatment of schizophrenia, so without it yeah, things are gonna spiral pretty bad
truth is I noticed even more while editing and putting this video together! 👀 I have so many thoughts already! head: empty thoughts: yellowjackets. but full transparency: noticing things and predicting storylines/plot twists is *my thing*. I really hope this show doesn't throw me off my game tho! I have a feeling I might go down some wrong paths trying to guess the plot lol.

I definitely thought they were in love when they were first shown in the pilot as Jeff leaves Jackie's house. It really seemed like Jackie was closeted and not really into boys, but it was the 90s (which were homophobic as fuck). Then it looked like Shauna was jealous of Jeff as he was leaving. Shauna is put off by the idea of hooking up with Randy and it felt like she also wasn't that into boys. Later at the tailgate party, Shauna stares at Jackie the entire time they're there. It wasn't until Shauna has Jeff pull over and they have sex that I considered Shauna might have been upset over Jeff, because it really seemed like Shauna and Jackie were a thing.

Although.... SEASON TWO SPOILER TYPE STUFF Last chance to turn back............. Okay so I'm not entirely convinced Lottie has schizophrenia, but I do think she's been mis-diagnosed. After Showtime posted that clip of Lottie's hypothermia mall scene hallucination, I'm starting to think Lottie doesn't have a mental health issue, but a physical one she just doesn't realize. Like she's more prone to losing body heat than the other survivors, thus more likely to get hypothermia, and thus starts hallucinating from hypothermia. The water at the lake is likely off the mountain (freshly melted snow), so when Laura Lee baptized her, was Lottie actually getting hypothermic while submerged? Then with Doomcoming, was Lottie's temperature plummeting due to alcohol and the coming snow? Then shrooms on top of that caused even more problems. When they were in the attic during the seance, was Lottie just not properly insulated (if I remember right, she only wears silk PJs after they first crash)? Then there was that morning Jackie found her out in the lake, just staring off in the distance. How long had she been standing in the water like that? What if her health condition isn't anything mental, but actually something like an underactive thyroid, anorexia caused by not having enough food in the wilderness, or neuropathy? Lottie thinks she's going crazy, but really it's a health issue she's had her whole life and doesn't realize it because she thinks it's normal for how a body is supposed to function. The even more horrifying answer is she doesn't have any health issues at all. Instead, something supernatural is affecting her just like it's affected Taissa (her visions of the Man with No Eyes), Laura Lee's failed escape attempt, Van can't die, etc.
no mate she didnt want to be her...not sure why so many people are so quick to generalise here, maybe superficial projection but i dont really think that. i think it was just proximity and adolescence...simple answers are often the best.
Would be better imo if you just stuck to the reaction and stopped with all the random clips, just takes one out of the episode, they aren't funny or entertaining imo.
